BetDSI pulled a bait and switch on me with this bonus offer. They got me to reload my busted account with a wire transfer, but now they have reneged and said I was never eligible. The worst part is that it took almost 10 days and talking to like 5 different people before I was given even a hint that they would not be giving me the bonus they had promised. Bizarre behavior by a highly rated book... be careful.
It looks like my only recourse is to file a complaint with SBR.
Edit: To be clear, I was emailed about the "300%" bonus, but after calling them about it on the phone, we settled on a 25% free play with 6x rollover for a 5K wire. Pretty sad they won't honor a 25% FREE PLAY with 6X rollover. This industry is really going to shit.Comment -
