If you're a diamond member it's better to call & talk to the VIP department. Otherwise, ask for your account manager...... I was able to get the 50% casino bonus changed to 100%, was initially given the 50% blackjack bonus instead of 100% slots.

I'm still not diamond. I'm only at about 200k betpoints earned. I did call up and they said I can deposit $500 and get the 100%. I asked about the slots and the guy I spoke to had no idea. I plan on depositing on Tuesday and I'll try to ask the casino CS.

I get that alot as well at dsi. I'm still waiting to be burnt when a bonus is promised, i deposit, then they renege on the promise. Almost happened on Sunday, but thankfully I waited until Monday.

I had a discussion with Sol about this yesterday.

He told me 20x rollover for sports and 40x for casino. I said I agreed to it.

Then he says 80x for casino. I said you just said 40x. He tells me that's the way it is, you have to roll over the deposit plus bonus (which makes no sense). They did this to me last time also. Good luck rolling it over 80x. It's a sticky bonus and the max table bet is 50. I told him that and he asks me if I've ever played in the casino!

Rollover should just be on the casino bonus, not on the deposit. They essentially are using the deposit to increase the rollover on BOTH sports and casino.

it's 6k

basically it's supposed to be 10x rollover for sports and 40x for casino

they then include the deposit to double it and make it harder for you to come out of it with any money.

So 600*10=6000 rollover for sports
600*40=24000 for casino (I think I'd give +500 as odds to win anything from it. Maybe even higher)

She never followed up with me via email despite knowing my question. I've emailed them twice since and have not received a response. This is completely standard procedure if you deal with these guys. Be prepared to be tortured!!

Agree with this I do like their live betting and interface but I had a few issues that had me on a two day run around Customer service kept telling me to go to poker chat and vice versa for two days still have yet to figure out the problem I just said forget it so frustrating

It's been pretty common with me too. I decided to deposit with Heritage instead in spite of the fact that I would love to have a poker option, which DSI has & Heritage does not. I just can't get answers from DSI.
