#189Syndicate betting is very hard to prove now with the difficulty of actually confirming IPs with the new proxies being used that are randomly swapped out within days, cloakers and all the mobile smart phone IPs as well as newer decptive location hiders few even know about yet. I could route an IP throujgh 4 IP proxies and good luck telling me my true origin... so good luck with this angle. If a book thinks there is collusion they have to give a warning and then watch the action. If they are still bothered they need to close the accounts and pay them off...Comment -

Beautiful. So make your choice... either SBR knew the book was going down or your fave mod didn't. Even with having a massive balance there. So if you think he knew, he was f'ng people over. (Not what I think) If you think he didn't know, then he's useless.
See how stupid this is getting? This is NOT about BI. Seriously you people are throwing ppl under the bus that I imagine you're not intending to.

#191Correction... I did not mean SBR was going down... should of made that clear. I just think J7 was a great mathematician and arbitrator for players and was a valuable asset to SBR. JJ was good for sh1ts and giggles, what can I say... BI is a different animal and I do not think SBR knew until the backend (maybe 4 to 6 weeks)but could not say anything for fear of a run and or torpedoing a possible bailout, thats why I call it a tiger by the tale. Hard to let go and hard to hang on but kinda fkd either way. Books go broke, nothing new... and when they were promoted they were paying so no one can really complain about 95% of the longevity of the business since it was an almost instantaneous meltdown at the end.Comment -

#193Betrevolution finally rules for sure they will not pay
BetRevolution statement
Dear EOG members,
Since we open our doors to the general public four years ago we've worked nonstop to offer our new members the quality of service we've being offering long time before that to our inner circle. We decided we wanted to provide a new option where players will be treated as part of a company, members of a business where you will be dealt with respect and dignity. We have welcome with open arms any player whose goal is to have fun and enjoy a friendly betting experience.
Our members can testify they've always receive our full attention, we listen to their complaints, to their feedback and to their positive comments. It is being our best interest to let them guide our development and it has being our first objective to be above the rest on our transparency on our journey.
But we knew there will be a sector of the community that will see this as a new opportunity, a new search for loopholes and shortcuts. A path to take advantage of the good will of a business benefits, software and rules. Many good people started their dreamed business on the industry with high hopes and the right intentions, regrettably we all have seen how those have ended because of a few bad apples on a large group of honest and legit players.
We have paid special attention to document all our terms, conditions and rules on our signup process, bonuses, rollovers, deposits, withdrawals, etc. we've always done our best to follow the information we have available to the public and we have always used them as a guideline when dealing with any kind of difference with our members, we know we need to setup a path that they can understand as our standard operational guide for decisions just like in any other business. You cannot signed up nor accept any of our offerings without accepting these terms.
EOG welcomed us when we open up our doors to extend our membership, We have dealt through the years with many managers, forum coordinators and members. They've being extremely supportive and helpful on countless occasions and their work for the community they drive is nothing else than exceptional.
Their concern for the current situation is completely understandable, and justified, they've being working around the clock to come to an agreement on how to resolve the current situation, but our point of disagreement always ends on the same area.
We understand the current status quo on the forums is to allow actions like the ones we suffered and if discovered to let them go without prejudice.
We DO NOT believe in that, if we do not enforce the rules we have in place, we are simply allowing and fomenting the continuation of a culture on our industry that accepts violating the rules on both sides of the sidewalk to be a fair play.
We are a business and it is our main objective to protect the members and investors of it. The Revolution is not only a name, it is the entire mentality of our organization and we are working to try to get rid of a stigma that many refuse to leave behind and keeps the good honest players and companies in shadows.
EOG is a business too and they need to look up for their best interest and the one of the community they have and we came to appreciate. We have enjoyed being part of the EOG family for all these years, but we have decided to step down from being a proud EOG sponsor and give a rest to all those members who support us and endure the rough edges of the community.
We want to thank all the members who has shown us their signs of support, via email, phone, chats and forums. It is because of you the Revolution makes sense and will be there for you back at BetRevolution.com.
Thank you all.

#198Without going into the facts of the case (the list of identical wagers is posted in another thread, and makes interesting reading), the 27k risk = little to no money argument is a bit tricky.
Think about the DDOS attacks we saw in the past, rather than a wagering dispute. If you pay the DDOSers off every time, you get peace for a bit, but they hit you next time they need some money. A similar principle exists with sportsbook disputes; if this book, or any book, believes they are in the right, then paying somebody who has scammed you leads down the same path; there's no reason for others not to do the same.
As I say, a general point rather than specific to this case.Comment -

#199Well, you can see why that betting history might raise suspicion, assuming it's true. There's a bunch of fairly obscure bets in there.
However, if the argument is they were getting tips from the same guy, that's to be expected. Did those involved compare that list to a forum thread on 2+2 or similar?Comment -

#201Originally posted by darkhatHere are the identical wagers.. it took me a while to remove their usernames a billion times
they left off the ones that weren't identicial of course, and yo ucan see they let them play since football season etc
As requested, this is the report listing of our Anti Fraud and Collusion system.
All the duplicate wagers between behnke and peeige. Listing doesn't include all duplicate lines done via pivoting on multiple teaser selections.
Risk balance is defined by general 500 or 250 limits. Adjusted automatically depending on odd and win and risk selection.
Duplicate cancelled transactions were removed.
*The report on second half wager count was counted manually and it was incorrectly reported by the marketing team. There are 13 second half wagers within 0-3 minutes of each other.

#203There's a lot of BS teasers and stuff, which I think you can ignore (a bunch would have played the same)..
More curious are the random soccer bets on Italian, German & English leagues and the prop -- but as I said in the other thread, all of that could surely be matched up to the relevant 'tips' thread if that is the claim?Comment -

#204no wai... players hitting same off-market lines.... I'm shocked
why 3 minute delay on some and hours on others?
Pay them their money. You got beat by two separate individuals, BetRev. Hire a linesmaker and stop stealing from players.Comment -

#208Shari... I can dig it... preach it. I do think this is a serious problem with rev over such a small amount of money in our biz. To basically get blacklisted over 27 dimes, that is a branding PR nightmare. Also, the report is weak at best and we have seen similar in the past with some other outfits. With the terrible six weeks going through November where some houses were having hold percentages hitting 10 and even 15 and it is a killer on reserves when all the winnings started getting pulled in December and January. Guys kept a tiny amount for a SuperBowl bet but basically pulled the rest. This means that many books are sitting on some very low reserves or almost noneand they still now have to make it through MLB and all the other obscure markets that do not make a book money. They are more liability than they are worth and if your a full service shop it is a ton of overhead for offices, servers, computers, IT, CSD, Callcenter and general staff, gaming platform and all the rest... So, it will be interesting to see how this plays out.Originally posted by shari91Yeah... No... I don't see one time anyone should be shafted for that.

#209Someone recently talked about betrev offering cashout bonuses, leaving your money in and taking a whole new bonus and huge RO, that seems to me like a book grasping at straws to avoid payouts and may night be as financially sound as people think.
Also on a side note, i have always hated they way betrev worded their promotional emails. One that stands out to me is deposit, win money and MAKE FUN OF all your friends that didn't!Comment -

#210Safest books out there right now have been around 10 or more years and offer more than just postup... if they got a PPH division and or Credit mMainly PPH, it is a safe resource) then they have a safe revenue stream all year long that they do not have to worry about winning players, just collecting service fees and using them where they need them.Comment
