How many times has a new player hit the search engines to find a book with the best bonus program, joins up, goes on the roll of a lifetime only to learn the book is not paying its customers? Unfortunately it seems to be a daily occurrence.
Choosing a sportsbook is a lot like choosing a mechanic to service your car. If you have a Honda you wouldn't dare take it to the Cadillac dealer for repair no matter how good the Cadillac dealers reputation is. If your a small player you will be far better off in a book that caters to your type of play than one that caters to high rollers.
How does one know which books are safe and which ones will be gone next week? All the Top Sportsbooks lists, Recommended lists, Top 50 and sportsbook forum boards accept huge advertising fees. Most of these so-called recommended lists could easily pass as " worst sportsbooks lists". To make their recommended list you only have to pay their asking rate. In my opinion, which admittedly is bias, the most respected non-biased research on sportsbooks belongs to http://www.sportbookreview.com . Sportsbooks can not buy their way onto the recommended list, they have to earn that privilege.
Only consider those sportsbooks that are located in preferred gaming countries.
I bolded what I found ironic. Lol as if sbr isn't guilty of the exact same, and Betislands doesn't currently pass as the current worst book out there. How exactly did BetIslands earn this rating btw????? Everybody keeps asking and you guys won't say shit. Located out of Costa Rica, which is a warning according to this for starters although Cris I would blindly take any donk forums recommendation on. Nobody would have ever played here at the volume and rate they did if sbr didn't upgrade them to the B area after a bs initial rating of C-. Big time crickets from the cons here about the financial backing they spoke so confident on. Otherwise it's pretty blatant that a shit brand from the get go which was previously in the D range was promoted for no good reason at all other than money, allowed to hang a banner for a nice fee, and now everybody just gets told B doesn't equal safe we're not your parents gamble at your own risk.

From what I've read of his posts they sound "scripted" and seem designed to establish a narrative that everyone reacts to. Problem, reaction solution.
Problem - BI is out of business. Foreseen by some, ignored by most.
Reaction - Everyone freaks out on Jon and his questionable morals while in the meantime no one knows where the money is (EZ/7red). SBR posters revolt and start accusing their own watchdog as being complicit in the theft or at least profiting from it. Much drama ensues and many heads are called for (few if any delivered)
Solution - SBR/EZ/7red et al. blame everything on Jon. They even impersonate him on the forums to lay the ground work for their marvelous solution. Jon/BI "well known mystery financial backers" take the fall, the puppet masters take all the money and SBR offers some kind of excuse as to why players must now turn their BI balances over 10 to the nth power in a bail out scheme or simply accept the fact that they are SOL. (I predict the latter)

I cant get over that i actually sent this guy money... i am lucky that i didnt have money in there at the time it went down. i feel for all the guys that got screwed over its not right... I have posted the truth , I was the head guy at BI but not the bank. The bank pulled out for legal reasons. I proceeded to try and obtain financial backing from every single large book I know and they turned it down.
