Not watching the game... just curious both Barcelona pks were legit? or soft calls? Just curious, two pks at home in the 2nd leg just sounds a bit shady for score checkers.

Well, after the second penalty (which is ok, cause Nesta acted like an idiot, but personally I would consider this one a really soft call here...), Milans will was broken. Barca did it like a champion overall. As a Barca fan, I can't be disappointed about this one. Was a small bet, like I said.
Bayern on the other hand, did it cool, clever, and really boring in the second half. I'm glad about this one of course!

So it's ok if one team gets preferential calls at home, but it's not ok for the other team? The refs were the entire reason I bet on Barcelona in this game! It's very predictable if you watch this sport long enough.

both penalties were obvious, I am not sure what is all the talking about?? People are used to say the ref is bribed by barca EVERY time they get a penalty ( even though they rarely get penalties), what about milan? 50% of the penalties are gifted to them in seria A . dont tell me no, because I have watched a couple of games and I've seen them myself. Barca deserved to win for so many reasons, and they played much much better than milan tonight, all barca haters can go take a shower now , i'll be waiting with my here

I agree that the game should be called evenly, but in this case if the refs called the game evenly in both matches barcelona would have scored 2 away goals! Since away goals are worth more milan would have been eliminated after the first game. Without the refs Milan would have lost 5-1 instead of 3-1 and those 2 away goals would have sealed their fate instantly.

I hear you man. We don't know what would have happened in the first match exactly. But both games were not really well managed by the referees. The 1st one was worse, agree with that. In the 2nd, I really think the second penalty wasn't a "must-be", especially not in a CL-QF. Seems a little harsh, but in the end, I am really fcking happy, that my clubs, Bayern and Barcelona, are under the last 4 now. I really have no idea, which team I would prefer to win in a possible final between both teams. Would be a win-win situation for me
