Seems like reasonable value to me, especially with Dusseldoft defensive issues

#213The PK line has gone to -169 on Pinnacle now so has had some action since I got the -143 opener on Tuesday. I expect it will end up between -175 and -185. Catania's home record is enough for them to keep getting some action but fact is they are without Spolli, Gomez, Biagianti, and Izco. Perhaps Gomez and Biagianti are the only real significant losses as Spolli is a donkey and Izco is more of a squad player. And there is no guarantee that Bergessio will start neither, if he does they may be rushing him back too soon...one thing is for sure is that he wont be fully fit. Mexes maybe available as well afterall for Milan as he trained on Wednesday.Comment -

#215Hey Vaug.
You are often making some really good writeups on games, finding good info etc. But where are you finding it in English, in example? Normally I use the different teams, club pages to get some info, but I often think that the info I find is quite usable. But maybe it's just me who is furious with it. Would be good to know where to find good info, besides SBR.
Thanks in advance.Comment -

Dusseldorf beat HSV 2-0 in last home game and got an excellent 1-1 draw away at the Champions Dortmund last wknd. It's been 12 games since Frankfurt last kept a clean sheet which was back in September when they beat 9 men Hoffenheim 4-0 away from home (only clean sheet this season).Comment -

#224What do you guys think about btts in the Dusseldorf/Frankfurt match? At -135 now (Bovada), might wait for a better price live, although I got burned by 1st minute goals in both the Man U and Arsenal matches yesterday. Ended up saving me money in the Man U match.Comment -

#230it was before certainly before half time, but the red card changed everything had it have been 11 vs 11 catania probably could have gotten more out of it, so milan ML lost its value. never mind still got milan at 2.25 can't complain really.Comment -

...my big play for Friday that I've locked in already is AC Milan PK @ -143 away at Catania. Catania were piss-poor in the Sicilian derby against Palermo and will have arguably best player Gomez (Lodi would argue otherwise!) out through suspension. Milan have issues at the back with Mexes and Yepes out but I think Acerbi and Zapata should be good enough to do a reasonably good job and they should still have enough to scrape a win or a draw worst case scenario. Catania are solid at home which is concerning, but I feel only way this fuucks up is if Catania play the game of their lives after that shocking performance against Palermo and go out with a point to prove - in conjunction with Milan still being hungova and tired from the great 1-0 win against Juve on Sunday! BUt in terms of momentum Milan definitely have the edge...players like Montolivo, Nocerino, Robinho and El-Sharawy put in good performances against Juve and seem to be finding their fitness and rhythm, whilst Catania are the opposite, looking lethargic and disinterested...players like Legrotaglie, Almiron, Castro, and the disgruntled Barrientos in particular. Bergessio will probably return but he will probably need a couple matches to get back in to the swing of things after being out for a couple of weeks.

#236Plays tonight:
Told myself earlier in season that I wouldn't bet against Sevilla ever again when they are playing at home after I lost a considerable amount from betting on Real Madrid to beat Sevilla at the Sanchez Pizjuan at start of season. But I can't resist playing these tonight:
Under 2.5 goals @ +103 & Valladolid +1 A.H. @ -133.
Sevilla are going to be without top scorer Negredo, and 6 other players including regulars such as Fazio, Rakitic, Trochowski, Manu, and Spahic. Without Negredo it's hard imagining Sevilla scoring too many goals. He didn't score in the 5-1 thrashing of rivals Betis in their last home game but Fazio scored two and Rakitic scored one and got one assist and they both are suspended for this game. Sevilla crushed Espanyol 3-0 in last away game in Copa Del Rey despite not having Negredo, but the three goals were scored after a player was sent off for the hosts and again Rakitic scored one of those. I'll take the chance that this is a low scoring game tonight, either 1-0 or 1-1 and hopefully at least one of the two will come off or the under hits and +1 is a push. Small on both though as fact is that Sevilla are very strong at home and the players coming in will be fresh and keen to impress so some of the absences may not be necessarily as bad as it may seem, and Valladolid are quite frankly a very average team and not very good away from home.Comment -

I asked you a question in post #215. About where you find all that info about games? Soccerway, club pages, world news?? That info you have about Sevilla I have read at Soccerway.
