Literally the last touch of the match. Martinique got a corner and off the deflection one of the Martinique kids blasted one in from outside the box. Defenseman for Canada looked like he screened the goalie as they both went to block the shot and it ended up going right through them. Man between that and the Ghana goal ... my heart is pumping!Comment -

Will be looking at half times for MLS and Mexico-Panama. Going to go for this. I see Mexico is starting three strikers apparently if the info is correct that I found. Hopefully it means these fukks are going to look for goals and show the creativity their "A" team lacked.

They are really young and considering their veteran players didn't really do much to enhance this squad, they are useless to bet on IMO. Going for their Team Totals Under 1.5 if they don't over chalk it might not be a bad way to play. They look like they will struggle to score as usual. What will be interesting is to see Martinique play the other teams in the group to see if they are that competent or if Canada is that big a pile of shit. I tend to think they are better than most thought, but that Canada made them look good too.Comment -

I was considering that one. People seem to have a really high opinion of LA, but I have watched some of their last few matches and they just don't look in synch totally. They get a lot of shots off, but a lot are off-goal. They lucked out with two penalties late in their last one. I am going to chew on it a bit more, but I think FCD +1 is a pretty decent play. FCD has had a knack for working draws or "losing wins" and drawing lately. Like that Blas Perez chose them over playing for Panama in the Gold Cup opener - so I think FCD is treating it as a big match.Comment -

I had C-bus +1 the other night and was raped out of a win by the Galaxy's late comeback. I saw a good portion of that match, and the Galaxy just didn't seem right. Lucking out into a win may just fuel them to play another uninspired match tonight, but perhaps it gives them momentum as they look to knock off Dallas to show them they are still the title favorites out West.
I believe Dallas will be motivated to make up for the poor result against Chivas last time out, and that player's decision to stay with DFC rather than play in the Gold Cup is a good sign that they want to get something out of this match. Great stuff, EP.Comment -
