The "wise guys" have changed over the past few years. It is not necessarily the "big bettors". It is guys that work for RJ Bell. Look at their records and then decide if the "agreement" is worth a damn.

Just remember that RJ Bell is excellent at marketing and making his site look like the sports betting bible.

This is why I trust the wise guys, it is publicly monitored advertisement, they have to be sharp.

Colin has his own wise guy that he talks to each week. He has mentioned him once or twice on accident and always refers to himself as Uncle Renoldo which I think is a not very clever alias for "his guy". I think last year he tried to go it alone but this year he is definitely receiving more help than just the RJ Bell Wise guys.

Flat bet everything but I might start passing on those bets altogether next season.

My theory is that there are games with out a clear side and so even the wise guys will disagree and that is what you have with "slight" agreements and those picks are coin flips with juice.

I am guessing that RJ polls 5 guys and 3-2 splits are Slight, 4-1+ are strong. RJ also brought attention to the "Strongest of the Week" pick which at the time was 4-0 but since is 0-2-1. The tie is listed as a win on the website but with out paying extreme juice that line was not available (MIA +3 vs GB).

Some more records but just for this year, I didn't track as organized last year.

Slight: 5-7

Wow I haven't really looked at that since making it and it seems the most solid picks so far are the just plain old normal ones...advice to fellow hobbyists: FLAT BET
