if I were uzi, I wouldn't post jack sh*t here after the way the mods seem to single him out and f with him...not to mention how they allow worthless weasels like crappinpukes continually show up in his threads starting crap with little or no recourse.
a REAL mod would easily see the worthlessness of crappinpukes and permanently ban him and every one of his ghosts, and even his IP if necessary.
why should uzi spend his own money for any plays, post them here, which brings traffic and revenue for this site, when they treat him like a turd?

Very true, lol. Thats why I don't think the MODs here are so bad. Over there you cannot post Indian Cowboy because Doc Sports advertises there. I would enter my nick over there and I would get a message that said me, my children and my grandchildren were all BANNED for life.

they banned me too after about 7 posts, none of which extended past thanking the guy for posting the play.
the message I was given was that I was an "agenda driven poster", lmfao.
yep, my agenda was to fade Lang, that's about it.
and after multiple emails to admin (the guy whose name starts with a W) falling on deaf ears and not even receiving one response, I figured the place was a pretty poorly run pile of crap and said screw em.
the thing is that I too have moderated 2 different sports forums for over the last 10 years. one large and one small, but regardless, i know how frustrating it can be to deal with posters who feel they got wronged, and my point is that i am speaking from experience here. at neither place did we ever treat our posters like they do here and over at that other shithole "across the street", as people would call it, and we always tried to get to the bottom of things before handing out any "discipline" to anyone.
and infractions? lol, what is this kindergarten? am I gonna miss recess?
bottom line is that if a poster is waste of space (crappinpukes), he should just be banned for life and that's the end of it. why keep letting a guy hang around who attacks others daily, and most days completely unprovoked?
do they think they are going to turn him into a worthwhile poster who plays nice with others by handing out infractions and temporary bans?

When I was running/keeping records in the Fade Lang thread over there, Wilheim banned me twice for what else, arguing with trolls. They eventually reinstated me because a lot of other posters were pissed off and complained. He also had me on post review more times than I could count. Since he's been gone haven't had a problem since. The dude definitely had a screwed up way of running things.Comment -

I lurked there for quite some time just getting the Lang picks and fading before signing up, which was basically just to thank the guys who were posting them at the time, only to be banned for no reason lol

What I said in a post yesterday that was snipped was...
these forums wants the service plays section gone..but they don't want to believe that if they are gone thier jobs are gone!(that was a niceR version of the way I put it yesterday!)
They won't understand that until it happens and thier standing on line at a quick mart waiting to fill out a job app.
I dont want anyone to lose thier job and understand they have one to do ..but the interaction is why we come here.

They post crusher over there every day in the Service Plays Forum and its posted as well in the FBZ service plays forum. I sometimes open up the daily service plays forum there. CPAW does a good job across the street but no indian cowboy there and other restrictions on writeups. FBZ is very different, there is absolutely NO tolerance for guys like Cappinpicks or nonsense. People can request service plays and they try to find them. You can post Indian Cowboy, all services and writeups and units and videos, etc and the weekly newsletters like Pointwise and Power Sweep are posted there. No restrictions. When I started posting over there, they must of thought who is this crazy bastard, but they did not say a word other than thanks for posting. No banter there though, just picks. Cappin would go head first through the glass doors in seconds if he ever posted his crap over there.
There is good and bad at all forums. SBR is great for their sports book and casino thing. SBR is absolutely terrific for the poker tournaments. Its a good way to learn how to play poker tournament style with banter among the players. The thing I have found out is that certain sports services have "infiltrated" the forums (and some blogs) and can cause havoc. Could be Cappinpicks agenda but I am not sure. Funny that he only created problems with the Pick Nation faders.Comment -
You're not missing much. I just started a Quinn fade thread over there because I was looking for somebody new to fade and that is who was suggested to me by a couple of people. I would have started a thread here but Quinn is already posted daily here, and since he's free really didn't see the point.
I don't really see anybody else at Pick Nation that looks like a worthwhile fade now, except Lang, of course.Comment -
UZI, really appreciated all the work you did with the Lang, Chambers, and Adams fade thread.
I can't believe Adams had this big run. I remember when Lang had a hot run and then followed it up by losing 13 straight. You sure this Adams stiff won't come crashing down? If you are still getting the picks do you mind still posting or keeping track? I kinda feel a tailspin coming on this Adams guy. If not, still appreciate all the hard work you have put in. I was once banned because I was one of the people that liked to call therodfather a mush and whenever him and lang were on the same game I would post that it was a double lock and therodfather complained that I was taking away followers from his thread.Comment -

Regular mods don't have the ability here to ban for life, IP ban etc, that is admin and others. All regular mods like myself can do is infract the poster. Coming from a forum where we didn't infract people instead tried to talk them down from the ledge or just ban them if it they were not ever going to comply, I do understand where you are coming from about infractions.
Strange thing about here is I can send a poster a pm that normally doesn't post units, etc and just remind them instead of infracting them and I get a response back that actually makes me wish I had just infracted them and be done with it, doesn't always happen that way but there are a few that will be rude if I do and rude if I don't. It's the same with giving them a warning which really doesn't mean anything as far as being closer to getting a temporary ban.Comment
