Not impressed with the McRib

I heard on the radio that the McRib was back. In all the years that McDonalds has been selling these McRibs I never did try it. So I went today and got the McRib and a side of fries. I dont get what all the hype about the McRib is all about. It tastes like frozen processed meat lathered in BBQ sauce. No thanks, wont buy another one ever. I'll stick with my real BBQ food.

The fries were good though.

The bread falls apart about the half way mark. Those little onion pieces soaked in bbq sauce are ok but the rest is a mess already happening.

Yeah, I didnt understand why they threw a pickle on it, It's not a fukking hamburger. I was surprised when I took a bite and tasted a pickle.

I have heard nothing but good things about the McRib. People go crazy when they hear the McRib is back. So I expected a good sandwich. Oh well, at least now I know how shitty it is.

It is one of the few things at McDonalds I look forward to.......... I love the McRib. The raw onion, the pickle, and the barbeque sauce covered processed riblet.

Funny you mention that. I been waiting for it to come back since i never got to try one. I tried it for the first time monday and it wasnt good at all. The bread sucks, the bbq sauce tasted more like a tangy ketchup sauce. A big mess.

They have deals here 2 for 3, a single is like 2.49 or something like that

is this back in Canada too? i love the McRib more than anything. first time i had it here was 15 years ago, then it went away and came back a couple of years ago and i stocked up on about 50. then it went away again.
