Better than any wings from any restaurant I like to buy the frozen ones from the store and oven bake them, then put cayenne and old bay on them. No sauce. Dry and hot.

Yes but hard to get that crispy texture without the deep fry. They can be close but I crave that crispy oil fried skin

Very true, I cook them at a lower temperature and for a long time and hope for maximum crispiness.

Can't go wrong with the deep fryer, true story.

lemon pepper dry rub, with a side of the hottest wing sauce you can find. that way you control the spicy ratio. haha

1/2 cup salt (i used 1/4, may even be a little much still)
    1/4 cup paprika
    3 tablespoons ground black pepper
    1 tablespoon cayene pepper
    1 tablespoon dried thyme
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground white pepper(i had none, used more ground black pepper instead)
    1 teaspoon ground bay leaf

next time im gonna use less than 1/4 cup salt. out of this i seasoned 4 chicken breasts, and 1.5 pounds of wings. still have 1/4 of the mix left
