    Greatest band in the history of music. They went from playing speed metal in the 80s to playing with symphony orchestras 15-20 years later. Nobody else has or could have pulled that shit off. They could probably do rap if they felt like it. They can play anything.

    I have been listening to them since the mid 80's and seen them live 7 times and they are an amazing band, but in the last 10 years, their music has really fallen off though. They still rock live, but their newer stuff just doesn't quite have the magic that it once did. Usually I can force myself to "love" an album by one of my favorite bands even if I know that it is lacking, but I had a real hard time enjoying Death Magnetic and St. Anger.
