It was only back in January the federal government was fighting to remove barbed wire fencing that the state of Texas installed to stem the flow of illegal immigration into its state.

If that's all it takes, why did we spend over 30 billion on a 5 billion fence/wall and never complete it? To clear up, we spent a little 30 billion on a structure that was going to cost 5 billion and it still will need funds to complete. Somebody is lining their pockets.
