A few posts ago, you acknowledged a post from another poster (which I myself have posted several times) that dozens of people were being held for months and even years in solitary confinement without charges for being there on J6. That included the "Shamam" dude who the J6 committee withheld footage from the court and the defendants council until Tucker did journalism and showed video evidence that he did nothing what the prosecution claimed. He was released a few days afterwards. Imagine getting almost 4 years for trespassing. Speaking of which, Friday another trespasser got 17 years for just that. 17 fukking years for walking around and because you were the head of some group. The first person charged and sentenced was a grandmother. In her 70's, suffering with cancer and two months in prison. Yup really soft. LOL.

The same people who fought tooth and nail to prevent Trump from spending taxpayer $ on a wall. But for these politicians, a wall is vital and they will spare no expense because they are more important than anyone else, especially if you live along the border. The only exception it seems, is if you live in Martha's Vineyard. Then the military will be deployed in a couple days to remove 50 of them. 1)First off, I believe that all of these people that have been accused of crimes should have a day in court, where all the evidence is brought forward, and they get a chance to defend themselves.
Thats all of them regardless of affiliation.

No one should ever have to wait in jail for years on a court date.

2)Any prosecutor in any case that don't turn over evidence, should lose their right to practice Law. What a committee does is investigate a prosecutor prosecutes in a court of Law as far as I know j6 committee did not sentence anyone.

3)Once again you have been untruthful about the "Shamam" ( its so easy to find many untruths you post can't believe you ask people to show only one) Trucker showed in total less than 30 mins of footage, (total) the "Shamam" was there for hours, anyone, even a 5 year old could understand that it would be impossible to say '''that he did nothing what the prosecution claimed.'' When he was there for hours and Tucker only showed a few minutes of him on video for some reason.
