Those were deadlines that needed to be met. I have a home office. I don't always work 7 days a week.
Twitter allows you to choose to only see things from those I choose to follow. Saving tons of time scrolling past far left liberal garbage.
I have 4 or 5 screens going at any given time plus a TV. I can multitask. I have a screen dedicated to sports scores and sports related stuff like SBR and links to watch games.
When I take a break I might enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and the game is in commercial, I might scroll some videos I find interesting. If a certain one grabs my attention, I can click "like" and it will save them indefinitely for when or if I feel the need to post them. Sometimes it will take several hours to post something because I will start it and then get busy doing something else. Its called time management.
