Another blue line gang member who couldn't perform his duties legally and within the scope of his authority. A man legally resisted the pig's unlawful arrest and taxpayers were held liable for the pig's criminal actions to the tune of over $9 million.

Fortunately, the judicial system handles the doling out of punishments, not the pigs as they are in the process of arresting suspects. Pigs aren't given carte blanche to act with impunity, though they might act otherwise at times. I get the "adrenaline" thing, but acting professional and within the bounds of the law is a requirement for wearing the costume and badge, not an option. The laws pigs have to follow while working their job are no different than any other regular citizen at their job.Comment -
Can't argue with any of that but I wouldn't consider what he did as excessive force however. Human beings are required to act respectful towards others (call it a moral code or whatever), and that includes cops. You shoot at someone, anyone, you deserve an ass kicking in my books. I think the cop restrained himself pretty well considering. The criminal got off pretty easy IMO.Comment -
Another thin-skinned pig who had his ego bruised after a man called him a mean name. This pig, like so many, has no clue what is required to site someone for an "obstruction" charge. "Obstruction" is a physical act that prevents a pig from doing his job properly, not merely calling the pig a name. The charge was dismissed and hopefully the pig has recovered from the insults.

A Brady list is a list compiled usually by a prosecutor's office or a police department containing the names and details of law enforcement officers who have had sustained incidents of untruthfulness, criminal convictions, candor issues, or some other type of issue placing their credibility into question.
How does a pig even remained employed after being placed on this list?

This chief pig's wife posts raunchy material on her adult content social media sites and word got out around town. The issue became so controversial that it was even discussed in city council meetings and appeared on the printed agenda, which is a public record. An employee of the PD photographed and shared the agenda with friends and members of the community. The chief pig got all butthurt and went on a witch hunt all because someone legally shared a public document.

Did they ever figure out if that was truly the guy that apparently shot into the squad car? Its hard to say what was excessive or not? Kicking someone in the head "knowingly" his head would bounce off the cement and bust him wide open is excessive. When the officer said let me see your hands.... his hands were showing enough to know there wasn't anything in them. It's like the officer said that (again) "knowingly" to allow him a FREE SHOT if you will into the alleged suspect again.Comment -
