#2LB please listen good....when grilling this steak please put on non direct flame until desired temperature is achieved (hoping you have digital thermometer). I tend to like my steaks medium rare so when temp gets to 110-115 F I 1st add some extra virgin olive oil then put on over open fire for 1 minute each. This way you’re achieving perfect sear. When finished wrap in tin foil for 3-5 minutes then enjoyComment -
