If We Go Over The Fiscal Cliff You Can Blame The Democrats
Republicans are willing to compromise. Republicans are willing to raise some taxes to a certain point.

The problem is that the Democrats are unwilling to cut spending on even one program.

They are addicted to spending our money no matter how utterly useless or wasteful the program is.

do you even know what fiscal cliff entails?

it cuts all social programs by 8% across the board.

Another post to show you how clueless you are. We could have had a deal that would have cut taxes for 99.2% of the population but the GOP thinks that people making over a $1,000,000 per year should receive massive tax cuts. Over 60% of America supports Obama and thinks the wealthy need to pay more but the GOP stubbornly refuses to make a deal to protect 0.8% of the people. The GOP is clearly at fault and if a deal does not get done Americans will blame them and they will get crushed like you can't believe the next election.

            you: military blah blah

The Democrats are open to cutting taxes to 99.2% of all people? Where is this deal available, asshole? Post a link to it.

The people the Dems want to raise taxes on are the ones who drive the economy. Namely, small businesses. The GOP has stated they are willing to move to make a deal as long as the Dems can provide a list of the programs they are willing to cut. Guess how many programs the Dems said they are willing to cut? Zero.

Get a clue you fukkin homo liberal tranny.

pretty funny that a neo-clown cares about the military when bush/cheney were shipping boys and girls off to war without so much as body armour and their parents had to purchase it for them.

Even funnier that liberals are talking about war and the military when history shows they are the ones who dodged the draft.

I don't know what the above sentence means. Do you mean that liberals demonstrated against wars, yes you are right but how does that enter into the argument???

Thats what you get when you elect a community advisor who knows nothing about economics and is not capable of even presenting a budget to be voted on!!

We conservatives will survive since we have been preparing for this day. Libtards will get sniped by the millions when they try and steal to survive. They will die. It will be a glorious time when all the left wing pigs get slaughtered.

The only way to save this country is to cut spending. Libtards love to print money. The dollar will collapse.

You can't print bullets and you can't print the ability to tactically snipe every left wing tard that tries to steal their "fair share" from law abiding conservatives.

Obama moved on the amount of wages that would get tax increased, Caved in to Social security and Public Pension Cuts, proposed massive spending cuts. Boehner moved on ??????. One side is willing to compromise, the other clueless side can't even agree on what they want to bring to the table. Again, the American people have it totally right. IF we don't have a deal on Jan 1st, the Republicans are to blame. And they will get a worse deal than the last one Obama offered.

The problem is that the Democrats are unwilling to cut spending on even one program.

They are addicted to spending our money no matter how utterly useless or wasteful the program is.
I haven't really seen a lot of compromise from either side.

Obama's proposal had 1.2 trillion in SPENDING CUTS, including shifting to the chained CPI for future COLA's for Social Security and Governemnet pensions. Boehner can deny, deny, deny, lie, lie, lie, and stonewall, stonewall, stonewall all he wants but the American people know who is to blame here. The Fox News lemmings, as usual, will blame Obama, but just as on election day, America repudiated them.

                                                              1) The Congressional Budget Office projects that these changes, if not stopped, will push the U.S. economy back into a recession, resulting in a 1.3% contraction of GDP in the first six months of 2013 and a 9.2% unemployment rate by the end of that year.

                                                              2) Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke has warned that the combination of tax hikes and budget cuts could wreck our economic recovery and trigger a second downturn if Congress fails to act. “If no action were to be taken by the fiscal authorities, the size of the fiscal cliff is such that there’s absolutely no chance that the Federal Reserve could or would have any ability to offset that effect on the economy.” Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke. April 25, 2012.

                                                              3) Upcoming budgetary changes include: Debt Ceiling: The current debt ceiling of $16.4 trillion was expected to carry the Treasury Department into early 2013. However, the extension of the payroll tax holiday was not offset so Congress is expected to have to raise the debt ceiling in late 2012.

Sequestration Cuts: As a result of the failure of the Super Committee to reach an agreement, the “automatic” budget cuts of $1.2 trillion, split between defense and non-defense spending will occur immediately in the new year.

Personal Tax Rates: Everybody’s personal taxes will go up in 2013. The lowest 10% individual income tax bracket will expire, reverting to 15%. The highest 35% individual income tax rate will rise higher to 39.6%. People in between will see a 3% hike in their tax rate, on average.

The current qualified dividend tax rates of 0% for lower tax brackets and 15% for higher tax brackets will rise to ordinary income

Estate Taxes: The estate-tax exemption will drop from $5 million to $1 million and
