and who wants to keep spending $50 in fees to cash out all the time? even if you get free deposits and withdrawals it's a waste of time and effort to keep putting money back in and taking it out.

Bookmaker acts the same way. With secret codes and hoops to jump through to get anything done. It just feels a bit shady, like they want to trick you into or out of something at every step. I don't get it at all. They are great apart from that.
