      I asked the manager why they dont have bigger dumbells and he said its because people were dropping them and damaging the floors

      Sounds like BS to me, the dumbells are rubber and the floors arent fkn hardwood, guy is just too cheap to get some real DBs in that place

                  Same at the gym I'm at except it's the kettlebells. Saw it many times. Fukkers in there snatching them and then dropping them from over their head. Idiots. It was tearing the mats and they're expensive.

                                        im opposite, then again ive been married forever and there no end in site so looking totally ripped and shit has no meaning to me , hell even if i wasnt a lifer in the marriage gm, i could still pull plenty hoes without that cut up look,,,im in it for the power, just like to lift...keeps me looking good enough but im more old school nfl defensive line type build (cant play dline at my weight these days)

                                                  will need a few weeks to cycle on Clenbuterall, Decca 250 and some Winstroll

                                                  will also throw in some synthol just to make your eyes pop for entertainment value

                                                              I blew out my shoulder about 6 months ago I got carried away with Deer Antler it makes you want to go up in weights. Now I keep myself in that range when I got back from the off time man it was embrassing

                                                                i get a bad habit of gettting lazy and falling off in winter/not going much, then by feb i panic and get back in there and every damn yr i tell myself im not gonna do this to myself again, something about when i stop working and not doing much dec/jan makes it super hard for me to get in gym, then i realize in feb ill be starting back to work soon and it such a pain in the ass that 1st month back, and that only like a 2 month layoff so i can imagine what 6 is like..i swear this yr im not getting lazy in dec/jan!
