Should we sell tout picks in the store?

you were dangling from Sweet Jones' nutsack for nearly 2 years. It's so funny how it takes you 2 years to realize something. You also defended golden greek for a year and everyone use to bash me last year for getting on his case. All I would say is your plays have no writeups, no logic behind them other than checking public %'s, rlm.

What do you know. The guy is down $80,000 this year in football alone? 80 thousand? Then some scrub makes me post a $400 screenshot of Eagles ML who was embarassed just like one of your old buddies, Shoebox.

SweetJones had 10 unit plays on both the Celtics and the Bulls to beat his Miami Heat team, that he claimed to know so much about. The guy admitted he only bet 2 years of NBA then went tout. That's pretty hard to pull off.

I think the guy still knows what he's talking about when it comes to basketball and I bet he will hit above 55% this year.

Shoebox and Today'sAction- oh how you were all over these guys nuts. Anyone that use to post a bit of info on line movement and try to speculate why a line is set a certain way had No coin's attention right from the get go. You followed these guys into their threads like they were gambling pioneers. You defended them time and time again because of the way they portrayed themselves on SBR.

Who in the hell are you to be bashing other people's picks? You are a joke -- always have been, always will be. Just because you've hit a few bets lately doesn't change your legendary status as a horrible gambler.

This could be a good idea but things would have to be changed.

This is how I would do it (not that it is the right way for everyone, but it is my opinion)

First: SBR has to make a section where you can enter picks (All for 1 unit so people can't skew their results) and it has to track each pick the poster makes and split it up into each sport.
Keep track of the +/- units and the ROI and the average line that the poster wagers on.

This section should be different than the SBR Sportsbook because people like to go wild with their points in there.

Second: The picks made in this special section should not be visible to other posters, but the records of each sport should be available to see in the poster's profile.


Third: You should only be able to sell picks if you have reached a certain mark...like say...you need to have at least a 5% ROI through 100+ plays and your average line can't be more than -150 or something like that. (obviously i'm just throwing numbers out there for now). and you should also hafta be a poster here for a certain amount of time and also be a SBR PRO

Fourth: Each poster who is eligible to sell their picks for a certain sport should have the option to make a pick and put it up for sale for how many points they choose (and SBR can take their 10%) and something should indicate to the other posters that the seller has a pick for sale. (maybe by their name there should be a red light if there is nothing for sale and green if there is)


This way people can really prove if they are good at picking certain sports without using a spreadsheet that can be manipulated

I not a big poster. Hell I am not even permitted to P.M. or get more then 2 points transferred to me so I am a zero here. That's all cool cause I enjoy privacy. My point is that naught that I am my phone rings day and night from touts who somehow get my number.If that isn't enough they fill my 2 Email boxes with their can't miss,guaranteed,picks for $$$.
God if I should ever pick up and talk to them by mistake,well lets just say it isn't a fun experience. Maybe folks want to buy what these touts sell but I can't look at another one of their ads. I will say Marc Lawrence seems to have a bit of class and competence and has never hassled me. The rest are just a blur of harassing calls and Email (and even snail mail)deletions.So I agree strongly with the quoted posters.
PS Do the books give touts phone numbers or do touts share their clients numbers or maybe some forums(not SBR) give them up. I am unlisted yet they call me every time their is a game.
