Lot of guys buy them. The SBR service plays forum is pretty busy.
Would anyone buy Marc Lawerence's Game of the Year???

probably a good market for it. say someone buys a pick through SBR and wants to post it in the service play forum they should at least be allowed to post the rating a long with it. 5 dime, 10 star, etc.
The service play forum his a hugh draw for SBR, I think they should work to become the leader in that area as well.

thats what you want to happen. you want a few different guys buying picks each day. I'm assuming they will be bought with SBR points. So a guy might spend his points one day on the play then the next day someone else will pick it up. I have been around service forums long enough to see that go along with real money. As a business SBR needs to become #1 in the service play area.

Honestly John you can not be serious
You pay both JJ and Loshack (at least Loshack) who have trashed all touts for the scamming scumbags that they are on video
and now you want to sell picks, all be it for points,in the store
I don't get it
I seems to indicating SBR is going in some new strange direction

I'm asking because I really don't know.I personally wouldn't give them a wooden SBR point for a pick.
We sell JJ Gold knee pads and all kinds of stuff and you guys seem to enjoy it. So I dont know. No one would be forced to buy them. Or maybe thats like promoting scammers and we shouldn't get anywhere near them??

I think it all depends on the tout......Most are more into marketing then picking winners.

the players talk crowd and the service play crowd are two different animals. you probably want have many players talk posters buying the picks but you would have service play posters buying them. the service play forum gets more views than any of the other subforums here.

I would never buy picks from a tout, but there are people who want to. I see no reason a for profit business should not sell them. Many people here would buy them.
As long as SBR doesn't suddenly start telling their employees they can't talk about how dumb it is to buy picks

I have consulted with Geno and Loshak this afternoon and we are prepared to sell out to the man. The Square Table Platinum Plays will be available for purchase as soon as our agents reach a fair and equitable arrangement with SBR. 4-0 consensus picks last week right here http://forum.sbrforum.com/saloon/140...ssa-walsh.html

maybe have the option for posters to put up picks for sale, and if anyone wants to buy them, they can
and then of course you can track how each poster-tout's for-sale picks have done, and also give each poster-tout the ability to spin his record however he wants to, provided that it's technically true

definitely we need to start charging for those picks somehow
we have proven ourselves and already given WAY more than enough profitable and valuable locks for free

Hmmm... I like the concept but the devil could be in the execution details. On a related thought i would love to know the BTP best bets for the top 10 players. May be something in all this.
