so i'm supposed to deposit another $100 (which costs about $115 using **) to 5Dimes, and expect a payout (if i ever win)?

i think it is bad business to deny someone a 3 cent request. they could have given me the 0.03 and i wouldn't have hesitated to reload once i went bust.

Funny part is that you might have to win two bets, but maybe just one. Either way....you have a chance. You could also bet the strongest favorite you could find to win.....a horse that is 2-5 or 1-2. You would have about a 70 percent chance of winning that, and if 1-2, your 25 cents would win you 12-13 cents.

They can't give you the 3 cents. I agree with them. All they can do is lose if they do that. It is a better story if you run the 47 cents into a payout. It can be done.

Actually it shows they are kind and compassionate, because your acct is still open.
