In Canada and Western Europe it's perfectly legal to gamble online. In Russia it is outlawed, I guess here in the U.S we are becoming more like Russia. Fukking shitty government.

If you guys are thinking about cashing out, yhou had better think twice. You may get your money, but the Feds will DEFINATELY get your personal information. The IRS will be all over this. There are a lot of big name poker people in this country that are in major trouble. The problem is that these sites opened dummy companies in the U.S. to facilitate funding and payouts. They opened flower shops, and other dummy companies. The Feds are all over this. Best case scenario is that you lose your money and are left alone. Worst case scenario? You do not want to know.

Things can get very bad if/when gas goes up to $5 in the next couple months. Besides quite soon we are going to war again and will need money to support it. You might be breaking a state law; AFAIK there is only one reported case of a US player getting in trouble for betting online - Jeffrey Trauman of North Dakota. $500 fine.

Just to be clear these three sites were indicted only because the Intabill owner (a payment processor) gave them up, and their banking info in a deal with the Feds after he was arrested. Due to this no other poker sites are affected in anyway, and people can play without issue. All 7 of the other poker sites I play at, I am able to play or cashout as normal. Has anyone in the US tried to do a player to player transfer to someone outside the US?
If non-US residents can withdraw, it may be a way for people with large rolls to get some cash out.
