He's a douche that treats players like leprous beggars. He forgets he eats and pays his bills thanks to them. He thinks he's God and 5dimes is his universe, so he rules it accordingly. If he thinks some of your winnings were acquired in a less than honest manner, he will take them away with no hesitation.

On his defense, he does deal with a lot of shot-takers (people that bet into bad lines knowing they are bad) so he has to be on the lookout for them. But this fact has made him slightly paranoid and he has accused a few legitimate players of engaging in taking shots against him.

Overall I believe it's not what Tony does that makes him what he is, it's how he does it.
