There has been some concern of BetPhoenix slow paying its customers. Recently I ran up a hefty balance at Betphoenix in excess of 5k. I try not to get my tail feathers ruffled when I hear people jumping to conclusions about a book, but I do acknowledge concerns. Also ******** will no longer deposit to gaming sites as of 5/31 which could really slow down on their deposits....... My situation so far and what they are telling me... about 2 and a half weeks ago I requested a payout of $2000 (the maximum) by check they told me there would be a ten business day hold because of processor issues they aren't writing checks. My first instinct is that it sounds strange because I know they send money orders when you request a check and all it takes is for someone to purchase the m.o. and mail. I accept the ten biz day hold for a check and for my inconvenience they money gram me $850 next day while keeping my check in process. This calms my nerves a good bit. The ten day waiting period is up they say they still arent sending checks but they will wire transfer me anything over 1k if I give them them wire the info needed...I got them the info needed today & they said to expect to see my $ by friday 6/4 at the earliest and tuesday 6/8 at the latest. I will update you as this unfolds. Like I said I'm not super concerned at this point since they are making an effort on my part, but I would like to hear similar stories, hopefully successful ones, and opinions as to whether betphoenix is still a good book.
