The cardinals would have to be complete morons

Dylan is a stud in CF and has power..and even speed

Liberatore has a ton of potential and we need pitching bad

    Winn is a huge prospect

Yepez can go and I dont know enough about walker

I would not want the Mets to make that trade. You have at least 3 solid players who you would not need to pay for a while. If they get Soto, they’d have to pay him $40 million a year which would hurt their chances to
pay Diaz, Alonso, Degrom (if he comes back strong), Nimmo. They’d pretty much have to pay everyone in their lineup top $

for the yanks it is another massive contract they would have to extend and the current regime is a little less reckless than before.

I think the Padres are giving up too much with adding Cronenworth, Gore, and Abrams.

I would refuse to include Cronenworth.

The Padres offer was supposedly Abrams, Gore, Morejon, Hassell and Mears.

That's a ton to give up but Soto is a generational player.

As a Padres fan, I'd be ok with it to get a player of that caliber and add him with Machado and Tatis.

Padres offense has been pretty bad this year, i wonder how drastically it would improve adding Tatis(from injury) AND Soto?
