Well actually it does have an impact on all our lives dipshit. It doesn't seem like it because you are on the bandwagon. If employers are mandating who you can hire by race, doesn't that not actually violate the actual policy to hiring in America? You aren't allowed to know the race or religion of someone. That is a direct violation. I hire people all the time and when I am asking someone to come in for an interview I can't know any of that information. IT IS THE FUKIN LAW. You can't hire or not hire based on race, religion, or sexuality. So you tell me how that doesn't affect us all. Let me know smart guy. Now they are telling people, if I was a NFL executive, I have to hire a black man. Well law suits up the ass now. Hell even if I wasn't qualified for the job I would apply just so I could sue the NFL for hiring malpractice. It is against the law to hire or not hire someone based upon race, religion, or sex. PERIOD.

Under the laws enforced by EEOC, it is illegal to discriminate against someone (applicant or employee) because of that person's race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity, sexual orientation, and pregnancy), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information. It is also illegal to retaliate against a person because he or she complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit.

    Exactly

People who are on the bandwagon with this are the same idiots who applaud confiscatory tax policies, the IRS warrantless surveillance and increased law enforcement presence or monopoly of force legislation...why, because it "doesn't effect THEM".

What a short sighted & naive attitude. The world doesn't revolve around the liberal bandwagon, nor does it revolve around this generation of liberals.

But they can't think beyond that

I said I wasn’t on board with this but can see a blacks coaches complaint seeing coaches like Mike McCarthy having a job. I also lived thru the rich Kotite era in Philly. These coaches shouldn’t be anywhere near an NFL stadium

I think people are missing the point here. No one is being racist. For the NFL to tell you "WHAT YOU NEED ON YOUR STAFF" is pure ignorance. I'm black... give me a job!! He needs a job.... someone give the man an assistant coaching job! lol Are we here to win a Super Bowl?? Or just give a certain race.... a position on the team??? Pure ignorance.

Just like LB said above... Ray Rhodes... now... Ray Rhodes to me... wasn't a bad coach. I'd consider hiring him for my team. But... if someone with more intelligence... or integrity.... or discipline that I'm looking for.... and happens to be WHITE... I'm going to hire him. Race isn't an issue. It's because... I'm looking for someone better than Ray Rhodes... not because he's WHITE.

Kliff Kingsbury... to me... ain't worth a dikk. So again.... it's not about race here.

Except that "affirmative action"? It's subjective and, therefore, permanent. Hurts Asian Americans, who really kick ass in school, worse than it does white Americans.

White people like free & unearned things just as much as blacks.

But here's the twist: white people never got things simply because they were white.

Once again......people don't look at the source of the issue. I've said this before, most of the NFL owners are oF jewish origin. The game with this tribe is to destroy the white race. They are using the black man to do it. Think its just more bullshit? Go look for yourself. They change their names but do thorough research of who they are and their history. You will be able to tie it all together.

Let's look at the NHL. They have "INCLUSION"'. They fukking tell you all the time. WE ARE A LEAGUE OF INCLUSION. What does this mean you may ask? It means that they don't fukking care about the talent on the ice. They want to make sure teams include every race, specifically black players regardless of their talent.

I played juniors, and have played with some of the fastest most talented players in the world even after playing in the minors (and beer league). I played with a guy drafted in the first round by Vancouver. Its the "EYE" test. You can tell when you played hockey all your life who belongs and who doesn't. Many of these "INCLUSION" players don't have the talent.

So, yes, I wonder who owns all the NHL franchises too.....once again do that research. DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER OF NEWS THAT SOME OF YOU LITTLE PHAGOTS DON'T LIKE TO HEAR.

Mods, please correct the title of this thread.

As usual, MinnyFatty doesn't understand the new rule and to whom it applies.

MinnyFatty, try to do better. It's like you just get stuck on superficial talking points, which either leads you to post actualy wrong information, or tainted info, like your thread title.

    Sad.

Mods please fix title to reflect the actualy rule the NFL put in place.

Yes only for offensive assistant coaches because it's an offense league and that gives them a better shot to get the head job.

He did not read the article he posted. I called it first.

The new minority offensive assistant requirement comes as part of an initiative that will be partially funded by the league. The coach must have at least three years of college or pro coaching experience and must work closely with the head coach and offensive coordinator.

“We clearly have a trend where our head coaches are coming from the offensive side of the ball in recent years,” Rooney said. “And we clearly do not have as many minorities in the offensive coordinator positions. So without oversimplifying it, it’s really an effort to try to bring more talented minority coaches to the offensive side of the ball.”

There's a difference between reading something and not understanding it and understanding it.

The NFL is bringing race into their sport once again. You can spin it all ya want but that is exactly what's happening. Rather than just let things naturally progress, they are succumbing to the woke mob again.

It starts with little things like always. Like wearing socks depicting police as pigs during practice. From there it goes to kneeling during the National Anthem. Fans booing the the players and sports personalities being fired for denouncing the kneelers.

Then it escalates to players allowed to wear the name of a domestic terrorist group (BLM) on their helmets.

Then this ... NFL to Play Black National Anthem Before Games Despite the Fact That No One Asked for it.

How's that for uniting players and fans alike?

They also plaster racism slogans all over the field and allow players to wear them on their helmets. As if we need to be told racism is bad. As if some racist mother fukker is sitting at home watching the game but suddenly but sees this

    and this

and totally does an 180, stands up and isn't racist no more. Wow.

Oh it gets worse. They are also allowed to put the names of career criminals on their helmets and others while prohibiting the names of cops who were murdered.

They even got the Redskins to change their name.

So while you might think its just a little thing the NFL is doing. It's not.

I am awake because I see what's going on, but I am not woke.

With all due respect, the Biden laptop story & Stomy Daniels lawsuit & Clinton dossier story, which the liberal media ALL reported on in error, would have me thinking that you're probably the one not aware of 'the facts'.

I'm not sure where you developed your ideology or what institution you attended that taught you to disseminate information the way you do, but it's very obvious that you are simply a clueless person...one of those 'happy wanderers' as Tony S would say, who just believes what they want to believe and will never understand how or why the 'sausage is made'
