Well actually it does have an impact on all our lives dipshit. It doesn't seem like it because you are on the bandwagon. If employers are mandating who you can hire by race, doesn't that not actually violate the actual policy to hiring in America? You aren't allowed to know the race or religion of someone. That is a direct violation. I hire people all the time and when I am asking someone to come in for an interview I can't know any of that information. IT IS THE FUKIN LAW. You can't hire or not hire based on race, religion, or sexuality. So you tell me how that doesn't affect us all. Let me know smart guy. Now they are telling people, if I was a NFL executive, I have to hire a black man. Well law suits up the ass now. Hell even if I wasn't qualified for the job I would apply just so I could sue the NFL for hiring malpractice. It is against the law to hire or not hire someone based upon race, religion, or sex. PERIOD.
