How would you feel, really feel? if you get an NFL coaching job because even though you know in your heart you were less qualified than all the other nonblack candidates but because the NFL told the hiring team they 'had' to hire you because of quota.

Where I live the Chinese don't need any scholastic help, their quota is over filled. They win a huge percentage of scholarship awards. They could use a quota system in the sports department though.
