If you come back, cut the regular season to 70 games. Most teams have already played 64-65 games. Those final games can finalize seeding and knock off some rust. Run playoffs best of 3 rd 1 best of 5 rd 2 and best of 7 for conf and nba champ. Max games any team would play is 28. Season could be done by late July.
Nba and nhl should use this time to consider permanently reducing their regular seasons by 10-14 games. Work out any scheduling conflicts at arenas w concerts, Disney on ice shit etc...Hawks ownership presented strong reasons for starting season Christmas Day and avoiding so much head to head with nfl. Having playoffs in July and Aug competing w mlb is a no brainer. I think a shortened season will produce a better product for fans.Comment -

No we can't!!! The way I see it now is look how the grocery stores are opened and operated and how people are social distancing and wearing masks in those. It seems to be working..
