    Becoming an SBR Pro (Why?)

    Hi Folks,

What's involved in becoming an SBRPro, and why is it important? I know I've been a registered user since the Busch administration, but I've always just used the website for line shopping. Until of course recently when I started having problems with getting paid from a sportsbook.

Since then I've started posting, and interacting with a few of the Bastards around here. Other than a few taking everything being said like a personal attack on them the place has been rather interesting. Sometimes it's hard to joke around and poke innocent fun, but it is what it is (IIWII).

Anyway after reading a few comments like "for all the Pro's here", "betpoints for Pro's only", and so on I've come to the point that I may want to become one here in the near future. After all if it's like a Union I surely don't want to be labeled a SCAB.

If I decide to make a donation to say a foundation that helps kids that have cancer would that suffice, and how much is the minimum amount? How is that donation confirmed? Do I need to have a certain number of points, or invited to become one?

Thanks in advance for the advice.

You can see your personalized options via this link http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sbr-pro/

All answers should be there about how and how much.

Easy enough, and done. My son is autistic so it was easy for me to decide which foundation I wanted to donate to.

    Thanks,

I joined after a few months of registering. Best move I could make. My donation went to a great cause (Cure Angelman). I'm proud to be an SBR Pro.

Do the math....if all you do is hoard the 12 betpoints each day you're coming out + ev after 1 year.....and if any portion of your donation goes to a charity you will sleep better at night.

we live in such a age of entitlement and what's in it for me attitude.....I'm not suggesting you specifically, but look at it right now....you get 6 betpoints for nothing. Yet many make threads compaining it's not fair because "only pro's get certain benefits. What do these people want? SBR to be run like our government?

Honesty it took me a while to join just because I didn't want it to say "SBR PRO" next to my handle. I don't like the good ole boy club and would rather just blend in amongst the sheeple. Took me a while to get over that and realize that overall it's a win, win ....propostion.

good luck either way, I put zero merit of what the staid says next to someones names. More of the content of what they are staying or thier track record.
