Its my wife's Birthday today so i wont be around this afternoon & evening ( Taping the games from 4pm on ). The game that stands out to me is at midnight with Japan playing Tunisia. Leading up to the WC , Tunisia lost friendlies to Belgium 5 - 0 and a 2nd string Austrian side 1 - 0. Japan played a very tough opponent in Netherlands and snatched a late equalizer that will buoy the team spirit. Japan had a solid pre tournament run , winning 5 straight without conceding a goal. The opponents were Iceland , England , Scotland , Bolivia and Ghana. The game prior to this run of clean sheets was a 3-2 win against Brazil. I also like Japan -1.5 @ 2.70 as a decent value play. The dutch should be able to score against Sweden's back 4 , that is leaking goals for the past year. If the Houston game is played with the retractable roof closed ( Laker should appreciate my looking into the Dome situation...lol ) then goals should come easy. The Over 2.5 was at 1.88 yesterday when i 1st reviewed it and now 1.67 at best.
