Jamie is trying to wind the Yanks up obviously but his point is that European books are just as good any "American" book.
I know Yanks like jj never venture abroad or even outside hicksville
so I'll excuse them not knowing any better.

In some games of premiership (not even derbys) the volume for the final outcome goes up to 5mn euros.
Betfair is by far the biggest exchange out there.Pinnacle is ok, but probably has the size of the small finger og BF.

There is over $8,000,000 matched on the match odds for Arsenal and Man utd's games tonight, this is only on the "Match odds" , there are many other markets for both games, the inplay betting tonight will probably double this. Thats just 2 markets out of hundreds.

it's pretty small. about 30% i believe have a passport. but, you have not previsouly need a passport to travel to canada or mexico and most people here don't go anywhere else. i think that sucks, but whatever -- i really don't want to run into any more americans when i'm in colombia.

There's not as much need for Americans to travel abroad because the area of the US alone is almost equal to Europe.

Go to Chicago, New York, LA,Kentucky, Tennessee, the hills of West Virginia and Montana and these cities/states are worlds apart.

I am judging based on the clueless opinions of Europeans on this forum which seems fair enough.
Due to me being an idiot/trader/arber/scalper I was lucky enough to go to the Superbowl this year and I couldn't have been welcomed any better by anyone I met in the US(immigration excepted).Perhaps it's only US gamblers who give Americans a bad image.
