I took Canada +.5 thinking even if Kerr played she would be way below her best as you can't rush calf injuries.

When she wasn't in the starting line up, it looked like Aus were going to hope it was a close game and bring her on in the last 10 minutes if they needed a goal but Aus didn't even play her as they demolished Canada, have I underestimated Aus? And are they really that good? I honestly have no idea as the Olympic champions looked so bac

based on tonight, add Sam Kerr and Aussies could do it.

But I expect the big guns to fire for the knockout games.

It will be interesting to see how the seeding ends up for the knockout rounds. I expect the Netherlands out route Vietnam tonight to try and get the goal differential edge over USA to avoid playing Sweeden in the round of 16. Wouldn't be surprised either if the Americans take their frustrations out on Portugal tonight.

Spain odds jump from +350 to +450 to win the WC and Japan's odds plummet to +800 and surpass Germany, France, Australia and Brazil. Think they were around +1600 before last night's game. Didn't get a chance to watch last night's game, but is this an overreaction? I saw Japan's first two games and they looked extremely disciplined and will be a tough out.

Yeah haven't watched any of the USA matches but you just have a feeling they will be in the final, like England but their injury toll is adding up?

I would say both games will be blowouts but I'm getting nervous by USA in not fully finding their stride. So probably USA winning 2-0 but Netherlands beating up on Vietnam 4-0 and winning their group

Theres a whole thing on ESPN about how distant he has been despite her interest to have a relationship, sad stuff. She' all proud of her passion on the field and her taste because she gets it from her dad but he's MIA despite her rise.

I agree with Carli Lloyd's criticism of them. They stopped focusing on winning and started worrying about political and social issues too much.

Many other teams look a lot more in form and looking forward to seeing them knocked out.

1) Too many injuries?
2) Aging players like Morgan/Rapinoe are past it?
3) What about the focus? Some of the old-school USA players were true pros.

Wish I had a better answer for you. In the past, I've followed the Women's Intl Soccer closely.

If USA beat Sweden they will likley face Japan in Qtr Final and Spain in Semi Final.

They have really bought themselves a tough run by losing the group.
