I took Canada +.5 thinking even if Kerr played she would be way below her best as you can't rush calf injuries.

When she wasn't in the starting line up, it looked like Aus were going to hope it was a close game and bring her on in the last 10 minutes if they needed a goal but Aus didn't even play her as they demolished Canada, have I underestimated Aus? It will be interesting to see how the seeding ends up for the knockout rounds. I expect the Netherlands out route Vietnam tonight to try and get the goal differential edge over USA to avoid playing Sweeden in the round of 16. Wouldn't be surprised either if the Americans take their frustrations out on Portugal tonight.

Spain odds jump from +350 to +450 to win the WC and Japan's odds plummet to +800 and surpass Germany, France, Australia and Brazil. Think they were around +1600 before last night's game. Didn't get a chance to watch last night's game, but is this an overreaction? I saw Japan's first two games and they looked extremely disciplined and will be a tough out.

I would say both games will be blowouts but I'm getting nervous by USA in not fully finding their stride. So probably USA winning 2-0 but Netherlands beating up on Vietnam 4-0 and winning their group

I agree with Carli Lloyd's criticism of them. They stopped focusing on winning and started worrying about political and social issues too much.

Many other teams look a lot more in form and looking forward to seeing them knocked out.
