We all like to have a punt obviously, and winning and losing is part of the game, however what I can't accept I'd when the betting apps become more and more crooked and give little back to the punter.

Ive found ever since last year's Spring Carnival SportsBet has become an absolute joke.

Closing betting well before the jump, prices constantly fluctuating when you confirm a bet then once it's confirmed after a jump to a lower price it goes back to the book and lo and behold it's now a point or more higher instantly. This is frustrating enough, but tonight takes the cake.

I like to bet on overseas races and I had a hot tip in Race 1 at Chantilly. I tried to put the bet on and what has SportsBet done? Decided to scratch the horse. Completely unable to place a bet on it. It gets better though, because that horse won the race. Now SportsBet didn't allow me to bet on the horse that won because it was scratched which is bad enough, but the big question is, are they going to refund all the people that bet on the race on the assumption that horse wasn't in it?

This isn't the first time I've seen SportsBet do this and it's absolutely disgraceful.

Btw Sportsbet is Australia’s biggest bookmaker.

Gronk on live chat was clueless, didn’t know what I was talking about, of course escalated to higher up and result..

I asked for compensation bet because I was gonna bet $200 on it.

    Got $20 BB.

I guess it’s fair, anyone could just bullshit and lie but then again, who else in Australia bet that race, let alone, realised what happened? (No one lol, so I must have been telling the truth)

Anyway, would love to know of those who bet the horse before it was scratched, what the outcome was.

Refund or Win or loss (unless you messaged the live chat of course lol).

Same thing 5 years ago with the bookmaker.
