Thats an absurd comment because you have to take into account the significant demographic differ nces between the state of Florida and the country of Australia.

Florida has an enormous percentage of people over the age of 65 since the state has many large retirement communities.

The proper comparison is to look at the percentage of people over the age of 65 who have died in Florida and compare that number to the same demographic in Australia.

If you that Florida despite not shutting down or trampling on civil liberties like Australia has done jist as well as that country.

It's absurd to compare a country that has 20 percent of their population over the age of 65 to a state that has nearly 40 percent of their population over the age of 65.

There is only .5 years difference between the mean average age between Australia and Florida. The average life expectancy is about the same.

That is another absurd statement. There is an enormous amount of people age 65 and older that aren't residents of Florida, they travel and stay there several months during the year. A far higher percentage of Florida's populations is over 65 compared to Australia.
