I was looking for angles for taking the points.
The best angle I could think of is if RU shows up all sorts of motivated with the "let's show the world we belong in a NYE bowl game"
I dunno, maybe I'll make a tiny action bet with RU.
Maybe.
Who's broadcasting the other game (Wash. St)?
CBS?

Tiger King (Tony the Tiger) Sun Bowl is on CBS! Will be an exciting game.
Or watch Rutgers with a losing record and how is it possible they can play in a bowl game at 5-7???

Over is the right play here I think in this RU game.
Just my opinion.
Both defenses aren't very good, Hartman shouldn't have a problem.
The Hartman prop is 313.5.
Over 313.5 isn't a very good bet.
Follow along here.
Hartman averages 8.3 yards per pass attempt.
For Hartman to obtain 314 or more yards Wake would have to put the ball in the air about 38 times.
Will Wake need to throw the ball 38 times if the game is a blow out early.
And even if Harman attempts 38 passes 314 yards isn't a given.
He threw 46 times against Pitt for only 213, 43 times against Clemson for 312, 47 times against NC St. couldn't even reach 300 yards.
314 is a big number.
Hartman went nutty for 400 three times this year (almost) 398, 402, and 458
He had to pass in that 58-55 NC game and that Army game too.
The Duke game he just had one of those pass games where everything he threw turned to gold.
Only way I think Hartman and Wake goes for over 314 pass yards today is if RU keeps it close creating a need for WF to go up top.
I need to think about the under in that pass prop some more, I may be on to something.
(or not)

Yeah, I've seen one too many chalk bets go south via the back door for me to lay 17.5 now.
RU small +17.5 for me, and under 313.5 pass yards (Hartman) also small, I'm gonna test my theory in that prop bet.
Let's see how the game develops before I jump in for live total betting.
Best of luck fella.

They are 5-7, if they had any pride, they'll be like UCLA and Texas A&M and don't show.

Of course I did...we had a chance until that targeting call on WF. Really woke up WF.
Clawson did a tennis thing there where he got the bad call, but used it to his advantage by not shutting up about it...

I hear you.
Screw sides and totals.
Props are cash.
9-2 (verified and documented) my last 11 prop bets are.
20 years ago analytics were both geeky and nerdy.
They still are but today they're sexy too.
Who knew, geekiness pays off.
