for many players BAS has been better than 5dimes

offshore has gotten continually worse over the past 20 years, other than bitcoin for deposits/withdrawals, there isn't a single other thing that has gotten better... pretty much similar to living in the usa over the past 20 years, what is better? not much

LOL, talk about misinformation. No legit book offers that--they'd go bust. Now that I think about it, BetIslands used to offer all that plus a free 1/2 point. As I recall, it didn't work out so well for them and many SBR members.
