I just chatted with their online customer service, and they said that I don't need to do a phone verification, and that I just need to keep an eye on my email. Just waiting on my final BTC withdrawal.

#1892I think you'll get paid soon - especially since they modified yours (like mine) to include the cents. I was convinced I was going to be pushed over to the administrator.Comment -

#18939/14: submit (first BTC payout ever) request; have been with 5D for...since whenever BetJam died.
9/17: email about it; get snide response
9/20: email about it; get somewhat less snide reponse
9/22: email about it; get somewhat apologetic response
9/24, 10:39 a.m.: miss call from 800 number
9/24, 10:40 a.m.: get email saying I have a DBA problem
9/24: 10:44 a.m.: payout rejected
9/24: 11:15 a.m.: laughably disgusting interaction with live chat
So just to be clear...they can accept my payout request even with a DBA problem, not tell me there's a problem for 11 days, reject my payout because of the DBA problem and say they tried to contact me. They get 11 days, I get one phone call and sent to the back of the line?
That's not even trying. That's setting up your customers to fail. F**k 5crimes.Comment -

#1894strange, check received same week requested, remainder BTC balance going on 3 days now, being prepared for double digit days. What I hate is that it locks up the address issued by blkchn and cant request another address for other book payouts until this one done. Cant understand why BTC isnt automatic, its just a fukking transfer done instantly.
Asked them on chat if they can send to same BTC address that has already received pyouts from other books, they said they prefer "fresh" address.
Click the Settings icon top right. Select "Wallets and Addresses". Select Bitcoin at top of page if not already selected. Under Bitcoin Wallets you will see "My Bitcoin Wallet". Click Manage next to it. Then click the Add New Address link..Comment -

#1895I got BTC verification email just now. It was in the Junk folder. They rolled up all 5 of my BTC requests (same address) into a single transaction. I responded with the requested info. Now waiting for the transaction.Comment -

#1897Well, the first one was 1998, requested 9/14, but I noticed that the 3rd one (which I did last Saturday) was the only one with status changed from pending to under review. At the time it was the only not in the max amount, and zeroed my account balance. I never understood why only that one showed the under review status. The status change was maybe a day later. The id for it was 2001.Comment -

#1901I still have money in 5 Dimes (I'm Canadian) But I'm happy to hear things are going well for people getting there money. Hopefully SBR gives them there good rating back, and puts the 5 Dimes cash back in the SBR Store.Comment -

#1903It good that they've been doing what they should be doing......paying people. However, there is absolutely zero excuse for the way they have handled futures and pending parlays. That alone should get them an "F" after people get their money out.Comment -

#1907Can we still complain they've made this more difficult than necessary? They rejected my first request made on the 7th because "I didn't reply to the confirmation email". Resent the request on the 14th and this time I get paid after 10 days which this time they didn't send a confirmation email I had to reply to.Comment -

#1909UPDATE ON OPEN/PENDING FUTURE PARLAYS:
Just this afternoon, 5Dimes correctly paid out my 29 parlays with unfilled open slots and pending future legs. They treated those as voids and credited me with the remaining won parlay. I'm double checking their math, but my balance appears to be in the correct ballpark.
Now for final payout.....Comment -

#1914I just spoke with 5Dimes again. It was the same woman who has given me accurate information in the past and sounds like she really knows what she's talking about...
She assured me that any payout request submitted before the 9/25 deadline will be fulfilled by 5Dimes, NOT the "administrator". Even if they don't get to them all by 9/30. They'll still pay us on October 10th for example.
I also tried getting them to pay me out for two year-old future wagers of Next US President a Man (vs. Woman). She tried, but wagering said there was still a woman (Jo Jorgensen) on the ballot. Hahahaha...what a load of baloney. We know that the probability of Biden + Trump = 99.9%. Oh well, you can't win them all.Comment -

#1916I just talked to chat and he said that there's no timeline on processing pending payout requests.
I asked what happens if we haven't been paid by Sept 30. He said that I should chat back with him that day.
I asked, in that case, what he will tell me on Sept 30 about getting paid, and he said that he didn't know right now, but would probably know more on the 30th.
Not reassuring. I fear 5dimes might even be incentivized to take their time and miss this deadline in some cases.
Lucky for me, the amount of money at stake is relatively small. I mostly stopped using 5dimes long ago because of betting limits, and withdrew most of my account when news of Tony's disappearance first broke. The only things left in my account were multi-year props that were extremely +EV when 5dimes broke all their futures contracts with American bettors and "refunded" pending futures.
I feel terrible for people with a lot of their money tied up in their 5dimes account. I would be angry and anxious beyond belief.Comment -

#1920You have a point but even before this debacle, 48 hours to get paid out at 5 Dimes wasn't happening. More like 4-5 days from the time you request it, if you were lucky. Hoping a player loses their requested amount is similar to a locking a winner player into a casino after cashing out their chips. A+ books don't resort to ploys like this. 5 Dimes was doing this even before their got involved in Bitcoin.Comment -

#1921No, they are first of all NOT correct to be cancelling valid wagers because they decided they wanted to.
IF you are going to steal a vast amount of money from your customers, then grading the the 99+% locks in the player's favor is kinda the least you can do.
The sportsbook apologists on this board are out of control. Book steals their money cancelling valid +EV wagers and they run to the book's defense saying some wagers can't quite be graded yet by all technicalities.Comment -

#1925If you have an existing/active Paypal account with your bank linked on there you can link Coinbase to your PP account and withdraw the money instantly to your Paypal account and withdraw to your bank from there. As long as the withdrawal request is made to Paypal to send the money to your bank by 7 ET, the funds usually show up the next business day from my experience.Comment
