2. Call 5Dimes payouts department and ask to complete phone verification ahead of time.
3. Check your inbox / spam folder every day for verification email from 5Dimes. If people around your request date are getting paid, contact them and ask if they've sent an email that you somehow missed. They have email communication issues from time to time, and if you don't respond within 48 hours, they'll cancel your request.

I had the same issue and they combined mine. My payment just transferred so I am done and out. Paid in full.

Still waiting. 2 small requests in. First one was cancelled because they told me they had been sending the confirmation email repeatedly but apparently comcast email addresses no longer work. Even though I had received an email to that address from them the day before. I was instructed to give them a gmail address. Changing to a gmail address of course eliminated my original request from over 2 weeks ago and this action reset the clock. New bitcoin request is now 8 days old. 2nd one (because of season bet refunds) submitted Sunday. I called and gave them the phone confirmation but still waiting on the email confirmation. The new gmail address is working. I asked what happens if I am not paid by the 25th and was told (actually he kept talking over me) that I will get paid....over....and over.... and over again. I was very polite. We'll see. I'll post when/if payment is received.

I got paid last night. Here's what I did.

1) Requested btc withdrawal
2) As futures were graded and voided I would have live chat add my balance to my withdrawal amount
3) Contacted live chat every day and asked if there was anything I could do to speed up my withdrawal
4) Eventually live chat told me to call and verify payout info & also confirmed I am btc exclusive
5) Wait
6) After 11 days of this I got paid

Not fun, but I got my money.

Finally got paid today. No confirmation email needed this time, just the payout email. Not including the first request, took 10 days (submitted the 2nd request on the 14th).

I know the process, long time customers and BTC exclusive only.

History:
1) Sent payout request 9/13
2) Did phone verification proactively
3) Balance increased due to 'some cancels' plus some winners MLB
4) Since I had not receive #1 from 9/13, was told in Live Chat, I could increase the amount without losing my queue position
5) I had the Live Chat person update the amount
6) Saw that a new Trace ID was created, BUT the much older number remained below with a "reference"
7) Waited
8) Nothing
9) Now it's 9/24, rest of the futures not graded

Pay me my money please

Once you phone verify, you go to "under review". Maybe some of the higher numbers called in to phone verify versus waiting for the phone call. who knows??? hard to tell how they determine who gets paid when.

Pretty much how it was for me. I received my payout on the afternoon of the 18th and I requested on the 9th. At this point, I'm just glad I got paid. Pissed off about futures though.

mine starts with 19 also, from 9/13. Also, mine is 8-digits long. The 1136967 is only 7 digits, so I don't believe it.

Got paid today. FINALLY - this is over with.
I missed out on presidential futures after betting on them for the past 2 years. Also missed out on great line on Dodgers to win it all.
So I'm not happy about how they handled the futures. They took a presidential futures from me when they had to know they were getting out of the US market - right before we were notified.

They sent an email with a brand new Trace ID and it appeared they pushed me to the back of the queue since they changed the withdraw request date. Turns out, I had small change (less than $1.00) left in my account greater than my withdraw request and they made a new withdraw request with those added pennies. It wasn't necessary but they were actually just trying to pay me those extra pennies. I'm amazed they went through the trouble with that.

I was told days ago when I called for the phone verify I would have to wait until next week for the verification email. Turns out they just paid me - which backs up my original complaint that the over-the-top verification stuff was b.s.

I think they just want to get rid of us before the 30th.

This was my first withdrawal from 5d and my first BTC withdrawal.
