UPDATE

I Just received an email regarding payout.

I had requested for about 800 in total.

They said that they will have to refund 650 to two different cards.

The remainder via bitcoin, which they went ahead and processed immediately. The $150 hit my wallet shortly after that email.

I guess I just have to wait another 7/10 days for the refund for my cards, but I'm relieved that this is coming to a close.

Alright guys update here. The last time I spoke with 5Dimes the guy on the phone said that I probably wouldn't have to send in a confirmation email.

I requested a payout on 9/13 for the remaining balance leaving around $7.09 just hanging out. I waited and waited and sweated.

What 5Dimes did today was just sent my entire balance including the extra $7.09 to my Bitcoin Address that I put in the box.

I didn't have to do the whole email verification, just the phone verification and wait.

Moral of the story is money is going to just start showing up as they are pushing payments out and clearing out accounts.

First post, I’ve read the forum here off and on over the years, actually turned me on to 5dimes maybe 4 years or so ago. I’m a live to fight another day player which has worked out for probably 20 years. Just wanted to let y’all know my 5dimes payout path, because I know people are concerned.

Anyway, as soon as I saw the notice from 5dimes I tried to pull out my dough. I had just under $2,000 there (which is about 4x what I dropped in to start with). Because I’d never withdrawn anything, I screwed the first crack at it up and requested a new payout on 9/11, followed by two more when my futures were voided. As someone mentioned here, I called in to verify while that was going on so it wouldn’t hold up the show.

Yesterday I got paid in full for all three payouts. Email verification that morning, money landed about 5 hours later. They combined the payouts, and zeroed out the account completely. So it was 11 days from the first valid payout. All bitcoin.

Always phone verify 48 hours after requesting whether they call you or not.

I have done that 3 times now in September and never had an issue.

Got all 3 of my payouts and I am out of the book.

I requested 6 BTC payouts of 10k each last week as well as an *************** payment for 1700.
I got an emails aying BTC on hold because my account was under review and I needed to call them to speak live with payouts. I called Monday and the rep said they just needed to confirm I got my prior payouts (***************/ACH) and I confirmed that i did and the rep said everything is good and the email was a mistake and should not have been about BTC but rather the ***************. He said I should get my *************** processed the next day and there is nothing left for me to do.
Now it is Wednesday and I called them because the ACH is still not processed and the rep said they needed to confirm I received my prior ACH payout. I told him I already confirmed that on Monday and I was told everything was ok, and asked why do I need to confirm again. He said no harm in asking, right sir? I'm left really confused on whether they are actually clearing the account for payout or not. There seems to be lack of communication between reps and payout group.

My prior withdrawals through regular bank check and e-checks have gone through fine.

I'm an itty-bitty bettor ($10-$20 on NFL, $5-$10 on horses) compared to most.

My Tuesday, Sept 22, initial payout request was for $450. I also have an additional $35 in pending futures and a remaining balance of $45 after I miraculously won my last bet Monday night that was placed on Sunday.

Via chat this morning, they told me to Update my Payout request through chat or phone, after my pending wagers are refunded on Sept 24, so that I will have an adjusted Bitcoin Payout request of around $525. He said this wouldn't put me further back in the queu.

The chat person also mentioned that if I don't receive my Bitcoin Payout by Sept 30, I would be sent to a 3rd Party administrator and would have to contact them for details, in order to receive my Payout. $500 is not going to make or break me but I hope I don't have to go through that process.

My plan is to then send the $525 Bitcoin to another gambling site, i.e Bovada or BetAnySports unless someone has a better idea......and please don't tell me the better idea is to quit gambling:-)

Every payout I've ever requested of 5Dimes - including one I requested a week before their US departure announcement - used previously used BTC addresses. So players had no way of knowing. If I knew, I would have taken a special precaution. Instead, yesterday I find out that they had finally gotten to one of my 12-day old payout requests but instead cancelled it. So I had to request a new one, and they refuse to expedite it for me. Oh well.

Yes, you can. Just make sure it is a brand new, unused BTC address. Not the same one you used for your first 5Dimes payout request. And from what I can tell based on my experience and the experience of others, requesting a second payout does not impact the status of your first one.

I think 5Dimes is putting a ton of effort in the next 7 days to ensure all the US stuff is cleaned up. They have stopped accepting wagers from US bettors which means they aren't having to do 3 jobs at this point (Grading New, Futures, Payout). They just have to grade futures and payout.

I have cashed out probably 15 times in the last year on 5Dimes and they ALWAYS send that confirmation email asking for Wallet Address/Account # and Pin. This time they didn't and they just sent the money to the address.

They sent more money than I had requested as well, they just cleaned out my account.

I think they will end up paying everyone out, but its going to come down to the wire.

As I mentioned in a previous post, I am a small better......($10-$20 on NFL, $5-$10 on horses) compared to most but I do have a cool Tony story - I gather it was the real Tony but who knows?

Years ago, perhaps 7-10 years ago, I was wagering on the Dubai World Cup in late March.

One of my typical racetrack wagers is $5-10 to win on a longshot and then a $1 back-wheel. I did this on an 18-1 or so longshot in a 16 horses field, so my outlay was around $25.00.

My horse ran 2nd and the $1 Exacta paid $800 and change.

However I only got paid $401.

I called 5 Dimes and they told me that Dubai was a "limit" track and only paid a max of 400-1 on Exactas.

But I mentioned that Dubai was previously listed as an A track (no max), and now was not in ANY graded listings, hence my confusion.

The woman I spoke with noted my issue and told me that I would have to call the next day at 10am and speak with a manager named "Tony."

Now I honestly do not know if this was THE Tony, but I called as directed the next morning and was transferred to a Tony.

Seemed like a nice guy. I introduced myself and before I even got into what happened he said something like,

"Vince you don't need to go any further - check your account in 5 minutes."

I checked my account later and not only was I credited with the full $800+ but also their 10% BONUS for winning Exactas on A tracks.

I'm a shill, but certainly not for 5dimes or any other book, and my payout story is true. I registered yesterday and would have posted then but I didn't have posting privileges till today.

It seems like the stories are basically similar, so they are no doubt stepping up the payout operation. I was looking at this like they were clearly paying accounts, but was wondering if they would either (1) run out of money; or (2) run out of time. I think #1 is unlikely, but #2 would still be a concern. There are only 7 days left and payouts have been taking 11 days or so. But maybe things will speed up now that they are starting to move out the older payouts.

I have 5 BTC requests, with the first made on 9/14 and the last today. Based on the ID numbers, 60,000 BTC requests were made between my first and my last.

I did live chat today, no waiting, with the question of whether the one phone verification I did is good for all 5, which are all to the same BTC address. The agent said yes.

I had BTC withdrawals canceled four years ago and told not to use duplicate/recycled BTC addresses so it isn’t new. Maybe they weren’t checking since then,I don’t know, but it’s not new, at least to me. Why they would start checking now is par for the course though, what an amazing fall from the top. Unprecedented.

5Dimes lines were the best in the business. Betting is a marathon not a sprint. I have learned that over the years.

If you blew your cashout money waiting 48 hours for a payout there is a much bigger underlying problem.

Are they asking for the Blockchain Wallet ID with you or the Bitcoin jibberish that Blockchain spit out when you started the withdrawal request (that starts with a random string like "1GBXYaMJc....." )

They have told me that this is not allowed. They combined two of my requests into one, since they both used the same BTC address and promised me that I wouldn't lose my place inline because of it. Hopefully they do the same with yours instead of rejecting one of them. You might want to proactively call them and figure that out rather than be surprised by a rejection 7 days from now.

Agree with Slowbait, 5Dimes has never not paid. They were taking in over 7000 payout requests daily on the 19th. It would be nice to know the first 4 digits of the Trc ID of someone who got BTC paid out. You could at least know how many thousands of payout away you are from being paid. LOL.
