yesterday they told me to wait till sept 25 to refund my lakers futures

IMO could be a few reasons. 1 they are relaunching as a Crypto only Book 2 they sold their customer base and platform to a USA approved company 3 Feds on them esp with the timing

I'm not doing futures. I have a large balance in excess of $10,000 am I'm asking if I can get a payout for that. I get that they're busy and it'll be slow, it's day 1, I know. But in 65 minutes I've got nowhere. They're talking to 10 customers at once.

i think that's a fair way to do it for everyone since people like me have both, futures bets and field bets (not lakers, not rockets, etc)

how long are btc payouts going to take? there is a weird covid message when you go to payouts... i requested a chunk last night

That's what I'm trying to find out Mike. If I go by the old rules, I'll never get it out in time based on the 48-96 hour payout window.

I'd rather wait on hold for 3 hours and get a CS rep exclusive to me to get an answer but instead I have someone, who again, is talking to multiple customers at one time and is making no sense in their answers.

I got through. Payout schedule is not changed. Bitcoin can be up to 96 hours.

Yeah, the most miserable job on the planet right now must be a 2 dollar an hour CSR agent for 5Dimes handling rapid fire chat and phone calls for 12 consecutive hours a day from pissed off account holders.

I don't envy them Steve. I was polite as ever and they gave me answer that wasn't even close to plain English, then ended the chat and asked for a rating. I know it's day 1 after the announcement but what am I asking isn't hard. Waive the $10,000 BTC online cashier limit and tell me I can get one BTC payout for my entire balance and I'll be out of your hair. This isn't hard.

* i had ONE open parlay which I filled yesterday and LOST,but dont have any bets,parlays ,futures, or bonus rollovers anymore
* im BTC exclusive and did a payout an hour after i got the email for my entire balance (low 4 figs)

* showed up as pending and im assuming it wili be their standard 2-3 days(maybe abit longer with everything going on)

I assume your NOT BTC exclusive as to why you cant withdraw? With your account all CASH.....why do you need to even talk with c/s?

If they want to keep it all on the up and up all futures should be refunded asap then. That would be like stealing your money if they didn't and just shut off your account after you withdrew the cash balance..

Puff I'll save you the read back. I AM BTC exclusive. My balance is in excess of the $10,000 online limit so I'm trying to find out from a CS rep how I can override it just to make one BTC transaction then I'll be out of their way. The rep started talking about multiple wallet addresses then, no one address, blah blah, if I reread my conversation, "she" was contradicting what she said to me 20 minutes previous.

save it as a printscreen in paint or somewhere

if your team loses, you have proof you already requested should they try not to pay
