I definitely would not have 5Dimes initiate a transfer to any other sportsbook after seeing all the issues. It's just 1 more thing they can fukk up. Someone else posted they had issues transferring from 5Dimes to Bookmaker. For anyone reading this, just cash out of 5Dimes first and transfer yourself. Not worth going through another mess with 5Dimes saying they transferred it and another book telling you they didn't get it.

If it wasn't football season I would have never logged in to see the notice. I bet their 3rd party claims administrator after sept 30th is gonna be a shit show to work with to get your money back.

He is saying that my only option is to get a refund OF THE ENTIRE PARLAY, getting only my stake amount back. That's essentially stealing all of the legs which have won up to this point. Why aren't they voiding legs which pend past 9/25? The only reason that final leg isn't playing is because they decided to leave.

But closing down your largest market/customer and saying to them you have 2 1/2 weeks to get your money out is hardly reasonable, unless you're going to waive the $10,000 maximum BTC withdraw limit. I have a BTC withdrawal request that is Under Review. Did speak with someone this morning who said that the payout will be processed within 96 hours or sooner. My request is in queue for almost a day so they said by Thursday i should get it. I am also BTC exclusive which was told should help.

What do you mean by this? When will that happen? Because they have non-US customers who will still be on those bets. So they can't just void the lines completely before 9/25. Do they have the ability to void individual parlay legs for particular customers?
