Anyone play with these guys? They seem to have balls. 10k max pinnacle transfer with 4x rollover and no bonus. Gotta love the "you'll get nothing and like it" mentality.

#3It's more of an attitude thing. They are a SBR B+, dime lines in baseball, but mostly, the general "go away" attitude that they have seems quite odd.Comment -

#6They are an odd outfit. A friend mentioned to me recently that he gets –105 lines there. I don’t, so he suggested I call them to see if they’d switch me. I called today and they told me that that had been a temporary promotion for customers who forego bonuses, and that they were discontinuing it anyway and putting everybody on –110. I said, “So even the customers who now get –105 won’t get it any longer?”
His exact words were, “Yeah, with Pinnacle going under, there’s no reason to offer 105 any more.”
Which is interesting, since several other books reacted the exact opposite way: adding reduced juice options in response to Pinnacle pulling out of the American market.Comment -

#7Good book for different lines, you will see +105 and higher often there. Similiar to Pinny with -110 juice.
I dont like the CS thou, the Pinny transfer is a good example.
They wont give you bonuses if you ever made cashouts there, even if you are down lifetime. The "makeup figure" is among the biggest bullshit you can find offshore.
Strange but very useful book, they wont cut Pros down.
Limits for steam hunters are listed on their help page, i find that funny. They are no different on straight bets, only props i think.Comment -

#8Terrific, useful book.
I got a laugh out of your description of their attitude. It's very true. I remember having a dispute over bonuses way-back-when when I was eligible for bonuses there. The response I got from Harvey was basically, "The answer is no. Now stop bothering us about it. It's not a negotiation - our decision is made and we're done with this."
It was definitely not in keeping with the the customer is always right philosophy, I had drilled into my head from my years in the conventional business world.
Is that attitude good business on their part? Maybe in this industry where there are so many ratbags, it is. I don't know. They also hardly promote at all despite their very good product. Is that good business? Again, I don't know.
Unusual sportsbook in some ways. But good.Comment -

For me they seems to be much more professional book than cris, greek and even wsex!
I hope they survive and they deserve A, instead of many others.Comment -

#11Today ABCIslands told me i could not withdraw via Neteller even though i'm in the UK. They told me Neteller was on its knees and the US government had frozen all its assets, they also asked me where i had been for the last two months as Neteller had been out of the game for a while. The only way out was via bank transfer. I tried to point out that i'd deposited to ABC only last week with Neteller.
I called them back tonight after asking a few other books if this was true, turns out i just hadn't met the rollover!Comment -

#12Maybe they do have some oddities but I would defer to Mudcat's post. I can also add that these guys have been in the industry since there was an industry. Plus, they are guys who do not beat around the bush. They are honest.Comment -

#13I was actually looking at them for bases this year Slash. Jazz is one book I have yet to play at over the year for some reason or another. I haven't heard any horror stories on this subject. However, I was wondering did you ever have any issues on your end with there limits possibly being cut at any point on you being the type of player you are?Comment -
