ASU/Cal line only -4.5???

Cal is not a good team, why they're rated #15 is beyond me.

- They were down 10-0 against UC Davis week 1
- Won a fluke game week 2 after a 3 hour weather delay sent all of Washington's fans to the exits
- Nearly lost to North Texas week 3
- And won against Ole Miss thank to the corrupt Pac-12 officiating

I definitely plan on betting Arizona State, they may win S/U.

You can talk about what happened earlier for both sides in any game. When did Ole Miss fumble? The only turnover in the game was Ole Miss getting an INT against Cal. Like I said, the big play that even gave Ole Miss a chance at the end was a blatant push off reception with no call.

IMO that twitter video is conclusive, and it's pretty lame for a team to complain refs should have reviewed a correct call because that team doesn't have any time outs and wants time to plan a good 4th down play.

All that being said, yes ASU won a fluke against a good team in Mich St, but their other two wins were cupcakes and they lost at home to Colorado. They also only beat Sacramento State by 12 at home. Cal is unbeaten and don't have a win against a Mich St. but the overall quality being better kind of makes things equal.

Even though Cal may not be a great team, it's hard to say they aren't as good as ASU, and when two equal teams play the home field is worth more than 4.5

Been busy, so late on responding. Again I'm now 100% sure you never watched the game.

- Ole Miss fumbled on the Cal goal line midway through the 4th, they recovered the fumble, but it backed them up to about the 12-15 yard line. They ended up settling for a field goal, which they missed.

- Cheap time-out or whatever you want to call it, a potential scoring play should always be reviewed, especially one that close. The ref still had a foot in th end zone when he spotted the ball!

- When two equal teams play, home field is NOT worth more than 4.5 points. In fact, the almost universally accepted number is 3.
