    dont lift weights anymore but know i could do 220 for half dozen reps cold...

    After 6 weeks of weights anything under 300 would be unacceptable for guy my size...

    275 was the max I ever did once

    Tried 300 but didn't get it, they had this big board at school they put your name up there forever if you bench 300

    Now I probably could get 215 up maybe more not sure

    I can curl 65# per arm though

    try that exercise the dominican had a vif of at the gym the other day.... works your tris! use a short bar and the whole stack... key is visualization. I imagine i got one hand on buztahs kok and one on the seer's... and if get them pushed down with enough force they'll rebound back up and go right in my mouth down my gullet and shoot hot hot thick spraying man milk down the wrong pipe into my lungs...giving me pneumonia in two days..... can you imagine how proud you would be to tell the doctor's how you got sick!

    65# on each arm. I quit doing bar bell bench two years ago. So whatever 65+65 is, is how much I can bench.

    Have stopped benching lately due to shoulder problems. Been pressing DBs instead, usually 100 lbs for 8-9 reps is my max

    Wish my gym had larger dumbells

    same here with not big enough dumbells at gym..i do dumbells for incline from time to time and the 100's really not enough anymore..
