Kyrie #1 pick was from LA Clippers, trade for Baron Davis. It had a 3% chance to turn into 1st pick.
"The 2011 first round pick acquired from the Los Angeles Clippers is unprotected, meaning the Cavaliers own the pick in the upcoming draft no matter what selection it is."

He can create his own shot 17.7 points FG% 43.8- Not saying he’s great but definitely not bad

Wait....So it's Ok to use stats before Butler came along to argue that Wiggins is actually a good player that can score. But when people point out K. Love's far superior stats before LeBron came along.......Well, they are idiots that just look at stats & they need to watch a game
Wiggins is a grotesquely overpaid #3 option who thinks he should be the #1 option. Is a crybaby with zero heart or desire, not a team player, plays no defense, shoots too much, turns the ball over too much, not a particularly good ft shooter & quickly becoming a team cancer that has come nowhere near living UP to #1 overall selection.
Hypocrisy @ it's finest.....

McGrady's first 2 years are a wash.
Wiggins is good but it will be surprising if he can reach T-Mac's level.
T-Mac led the NBA in scoring 2 years.
I remember vividly because he did it in Orlando & I'm a Magic fan.
I'll lay anything that Wiggins will never come close to that.
Also don't look at just the points.
Tracy is a much better all-around player across the board (Assists, Rebounds, Steals)

Maybe. He was an all-star on shitty Minnesota teams.
But what is Cleveland's plan post-Lebron?

Cleveland is in the same position as the majority of teams in the league.
There's only a few SuperStars/Stars to go around & make your team a contender.
The rest of the teams have to settle for the same 'ol year after year & simply hope they are lucky enough to hit that one special lottery every 10-15 years when that rare player comes along, or that somehow & for some reason one of those elite players decide they want pick up & move, to a place like La, for example.

Odds are against any of that happening, therefore you don't just let your best players walk or get away, don't you agree d2?

Be the same shitty team they have always been without LeBron. Except now there is no glimmer of hope of him ever returning.

Cleveland seems to always land the number 1 pick when Lebron is gone - Kyrie was the only homerun

Of course it was. His money free on the books isn’t going to land you another player. Nobody is signing up to go to Cleveland willingly. Small markets have to. My blazers overpaid guys like cj, but we’re not a destination. It’s how the nba works. They were over the cap with our without that move, and not going to get a replacement player. IF they can flip him for anything of value long term, which I believe is the plan, of course it is when you’re the cleveland Cavs without Lebron
