Stocks I’m buying this week

NextEra;NEE: top electric energy holding company currently trading slightly above support price 235; expect this to be volatile short term but I think could see nice returns if White House becomes blue and could skyrocket if congress does as well. Either way, it’s a long-term hold for me. Segments in FPL and NEER are already developing conversion to solar and expect continued progression toward renewable energy.

Crown Castle; CCI: 5G cell towers, currently a good price but I will buy 50% of how much I plan to buy at pre-market and wait to see if there is further pull back. Probably a mid-term hold until 2021-2022

Liquidity Services; LQDT: speculative play, short to mid-term hold; Specializing in buying/selling assets like equipment and furniture for companies closing its doors. As you can already imagine, this is very counter cyclical and could skyrocket in a recession. Either way, they are based in DC area and have lots of business with the government plus a great balance sheet. Currently trading at $6


Cheesecake Factory; CAKE: I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Cheesecake Factory that wasn’t busy. They are still open, curbside, door dash. It’s currently $20 from its all time high $63. Debts a little high but this is because they had plans for huge expansion before the beer virus. I can’t imagine a world without Cheesecake Factory so this is a play on man’s survival or some wealthy investor coming in to save the brand if bankruptcy loomed. I am buying at pre-market and if it I get big returns before fall without a vaccine in sight would likely sell.

Been in CCi/AMT for some time as a 5G longer term play. I was curious why they would often randomly get wacked. I read an article/reasoning that are misclassified (?) as a REIT or at a minimum bundled in ETF's with a lot of dissimilar Reits. They're just land with a tower that leases throughput no?

Put a stop sell on SHLL at 30 but didn’t take for some reason. Oh well it’s up to 32 now. I’ll take it. This thing is over 100% in 24 hours now. That’s a lot for a non-penny stock.

Today is a huge win so far for the EV industry. Just look at IDEX, AYRO, BLNK, SHLL, WKHS...if this isn’t an indication to buy into the EV market, I didn’t know what is. I’m just enjoying this ride. I’m just going to keep pouring my money into these stocks and sell when I collect nice profits.

All the stay at home stocks have been running for the last couple of months. They are all overbought and some like Netflix are actually power stocks that everyone has been using to park money because of the price action. Now people are taking profits at a time when the market is starting to roll over.
I can't short them because they may just turn and run back up because of their popularity but I can't buy them long either just because the big moves have happened.
People are taking profits in the market, if you look at the buying and selling volume in the markets the last week or so, you can see there are more sellers than buyers, which is a bearish sign.

Moderna, Gilead, and Astra seem to be in a 3 way race for the vaccine. If reports are good stocks will rise, anything bad from all those companies and it'll be scary days ahead. Gotta figure one of them will crack it tho.

you are forgetting cydy. the reason you are not hearing about it is otc. They mentioned it on fox yesterday. we could of bought this stock for 38 cents 14 months ago. i have bought and sold shares and made 400. rebought at 3 is but bought another 500 shares at 7 so ave cost of under 3.50

Feel like an idiot with IDEX. Saw it skyrocketing today and thought I was getting a bargain at 2.20, thinking it was on its way to 3. Literally as soon as I hopped on board, it stopped and started going the other way. The curse strikes again. Still up 10% today so a lot to be happy about.

I like MGM too but don't forget they went down to 7 in March with that balance sheet too. There's just a lot of uncertainty with places like that. Obviously MGM will rebound eventually to the 30s at some point here in the next year, 1.5 years max, but it can also go back to March lows if virus isn't contained.

If it goes below $10 you simply just dollar cost average into it every month with every spare change you have

I dumped 40% my BYND 3 weeks ago, and the rest late last week, and wondering about DOCU etc. Kind of feeling similar. As previously stated I am preservation of capital at my age. Thanks for your thoughts.

Alrighty now, today was just a day to not look and hope my plays survived and with the DOW hitting 580 to the upside people are back to feeling good. Looking at the trend and the buying vs the selling volume tells me to stay the course so that's what I will do although I must admit trusting the trend is hard to do in this environment.

Taking a look at my PFE (Pfizer) play, this one is a stock I have been shorting since June 10 when it was at 34.85, so we are at the end of the trend here and on my chart it looks like I'm losing money on this one but in reality I did make a little bit out of this one so far and if it pops back down soon I will start to exit. That or I'll get stopped out.

Now for SLB (Schlumberger) I'm changing my stop price from 20.25 to 19.31. I will also place an advanced order to short another 500 shares if and when it dips below $17.01. The trend is still looking down so I will ride the snap back and see how it goes.

My short of the financial ETF XLF is looking pretty good even on a day where the market makes an almost 600 point gain. I'm going to change my stop price from 25.15 to 23.79, and also place an advanced order to short another 1000 shares if it dips below 22.45.

My MCD (Mcdonalds) short is experiencing a snap back situation just like most of my plays today but the trend is still looking good so we will hold and place an advance order to short another 50 shares when it goes below 177.03.

LMT (Lockheed Martin) had a pretty good day no doubt piggy backing off of the Boeing news and riding the wave higher. It is already half way to my stop price which was pretty generous. I suspect that the trend here will help and it shall return to profitability for me so I'll put in an advanced order to short another 50 shares under 350.23.

If you read through all of this shit congratulations get yourself a beer. Right now it looks like a little pain for me but all in all I still think we are on a downward trend that will play out over the next couple of weeks. The FED is in here trying to keep things afloat, but I just don't see any buying on the up days and I sure do see a lot of selling on the down days. I expect it to be a tough slog to get the market to go down, but that is what I see coming for the near future.

KTOV has 2 drugs 1 is in phase 1 one is just entering phase 1. There are phase 3 drug companies that are selling for the same price as KTOV. Don't understand the hype on this for such an early indicator.
